“Feel secure with the four step safety ladders! I felt completely at ease using them reassured by hand rails,wide steps and complete strength and stability and what I consider reasonably priced. If you are still up for Spring Cleaning, decorating or any job at height I can certainly recommend these steps. Be Safe! The only draw back was the time I had to wait for delivery but worth it for a quality item eventually. Anon.”

“I e-mailed Coopers to say the Tiffany solar light frog I purchased from them looked good in the garden but the light had never worked, within two days I received a new frog plus a voucher to spend. With them. So I have to say well done to them they were very fair”

“I've bought numerous items from this firm, and find them one of the best stores I have dealt with, the goods I've bought ( very varied) from pans to garden furniture etc have without exception, been of the highest quality, and if I've had a query, the staff could not be more helpful, I'm an elderly person and have no reason to tell anything other than the truth, Im not too good at the "on line" lark, so usually do my buying over the phone, but I'd recommend them to everybody, the garden furniture I've just received is abs lovely, I'm over the moon with everything, which prompted me to want to leave this review. Xxxxx”

“I ordered GR/WHT stripe white curtain and six solar lights good delivery within a week,and very pleased with the goods. It arrived by corrier within time of estimate all checked out working will carry on ordering from coopers! excellent! 22/6/2015.Elleen Dabson.”

“I bought a grill/oven two years ago and was extremely pleased with it, but recently the thermostat gave up, so I contacted Coopers, who said immediately "A replacement is on its way". I was fully prepared to buy another one if they could assure me that it would last longer than two years, but they just assured me that I would get a replacement and wouldn't have to return the old one. I have never ever had such wonderful service and will continue to shop with Coopers.”

“I ordered a water boiler at the end of January '15. Mid April '15 tge on/off switch at tge side jammed, fortunately in the on possition so I was still able to use it. I tekephoned the company and spoke to Ben. He was poiite, helpfull and very professional. He arranged a replacement which duly arrived as promised. Gerry Wright Bicester”

“I have seen some negative reviews of this company, but my own experience has - so far - been positive. I bought a propelling pencil, which turned out to be of better than expected quality and excellent value for the surprisingly low price. It arrived within a few days. An email query about replacement leads received a prompt response. At least they provide an email address for customers to get in touch, unlike some traders!”

“Ordered a umbrella by one get one free however when I received them one of them was faulty so emailed Coopers to report it 2 days later a replacement was received I would surely recommend this company to anyone. Mrs I Bell Preston lancs.”

“have returned from lanzarote .the leather travellers were brilliant.flight tickets etc in front zip pocket .very roomy just seemed to keep on expanding excellent quality. very good is not a high enough rating for these they were beyond excellent. have just ordered some more items from this store .hope no im sure they will be as good”

“I have just received my Lounge Trolly, only ordered sunday afternoon and arrived tuesday morning that was very quick sevice. Am really pleased with this item very strong and study, saw some elsewhere and wanted triple the price. Thank you very much will shop with you again and will recommend you to friends.
