“I purchased a car that said it ran, and had scratches. the pictures showed a perfect car, but when I got there...a ton of things were wrong..one of the bigest was behind the plastic in the front...no bumper. They fixed the car enough to fake out the photos and make people think it was in good shap...my dealer said it had $20k of repairs needed, and it was hard to find a bodyshop to do any work on it as the frame was in such bad state. I called copart (spartanburgh location), and manager said the deal would stand and he escalated to management and they said that was my loss not thiers. Think about this as a business. No customer service, just selling cars to get cash and run. Never do businesss with them again, and will let anyone I run into not to do business with them either. just a SCAM business.”

“Poor customer service . Office is closed on weekends . Was told someone would pick up my car between 10 and 3. No show . No call ! Very unprofessional .”

“I have been buying cars from them for over 20 years and the fees just keep getting worse. They make you get an appointment to pick up cars you bought then because they are backed up charge you storage? Many cars are misrepresented by scam sellers so only buy from cars listed by insurance companies. They also mark many as run and drive but dont count on it. The site managers get bonus by thier sales numbers so they are dishonest about the cars condition and once you buy there is nothing they will do about it. I even bought a car that they couldnt find the title for and they wouldnt take it back until i contacted the PA atty general and filed a complaint. then the manager at the Philly auction threatened to cancel my membership but they never did. Some yards are better than others- the bigger yards are usually the worse.”

“Absolute joke of a company, passed form person to person who haven't got a clue between them, lied to by staff, lied to by head office staff, DAMAGED the font bumper on my car while on site and even STOLE bits off it, disgusting customer service, don't make calls back as promised, don't follow through with any promises. Wish my car had never have been sent there.”

“Breaking every consumer law in the uk Breaking every consumer law in the uk ! No words can describe how low this company stoops ! Ripping people off every day every hour advertising cars with blown engines with no mention of it being a non runner is a criminal offence ! Consumer rights act breached ! THIS IS THE BIGGEST CRIMINAL ORGANISATION IN THE UK ! Fact I am going to keep highliting what a terrible bunch yous really are .. yous should be arrested for what yous are doing , your bosses could not care less , how you lot go home and enjoy your life with the way yous do business is beyond me ,, prison is the only thing that might make yous realise what yous are doing is a crime ! Uk laws are there for people to follow ! Start respecting people who buy from you ! . Absolute scum every single person who works for this criminal organisation ! My crusade against this company is only just begun ! I will be contacting the hundreds of people on trust pilot who yous have ripped off , we will be building a court case against yous and building a website just for yous ! People need to know , and yous will one day follow uk trading laws 😡stop training young gullible people to do your dirty vile job while your coward bosses hind behind them ! Yous will be forced to act in a civil and propper way if it takes me 5 years to expose all of you 😡”

“My daughter was in an accident and CoParts offered $1,559.50 for the car, when we transferred title, the sent a check for $1,250.00 saying my daughter agreed to that amount. They refuse to accept the original offer and say my daughter agreed to the lower amount. Not sure who would ever agree to that, but they refuse to pay the amount agreed upon at start. Very shady company, feels like a bait and switch and they will always tell you Customer Service is there priority, there is no follow through to the statement. Read indeed job reviews to see how they treat their employees, not a reputable company.”

“Made it clear that I was a disabled gentleman and needed a vehicle and a good description of it. I was sold a Ford Focus S which the description said main fault small scratches and secondary as normal wear and tare. The car had a water leak and a seized engine how low can a company get?.. I have been left with a £2000 repair bill and you knew that I couldn't come and look at the car because of my disability and because of covid. Three times I called for a detailed description and three times you lied to me.Copart have now left me house bound and in a financial mess until my local garage can replace the engine. Shame on you!!!!.. You should contact me before this is taken to court,I have a screen shot of how you advertised the vehicle and I'm having a condition report done on how the car was received . “Do not buy from this dishonest company! They change their buy fees constantly. But the latest fee increase is by far the worst of them all and at such a horrible time to do it! I am a PA dealer. I pay for all my PA dealer fees, insurance, bond, business license, building upkeep, taxes, etc... Yet now being I dont fit the criteria that was just put forward during a pandemic im to pay fees that the average public person pays off the street who does not have my same overhead! I will NEVER buy another car from these big company hacks with these fees at the ridiculous rate they are at now! Copart you suck!!!!!!!”

“Dishonest dishonest dishonest..and on top of that they have absolutly the worst customer étiquette . I have personally called a visited both local and across the country everyone no matter if it was a simple question to a big problem was rude and down right nasty. WHAT IS WITH THIS COMPANY..oh on a side note I have come to the conclusion there really are very few run and drive cars on any of their lots, after being told by a copart rep they get a dozen calls a day about a non running listed as run and drive they claim when they got to the lot they did run and drive..I have my doubts just be wary of this company also if you do go ahead and buy ,arrange your own shipping(they charge about double the cost and pocket the rest and let it sit so they collect a bunch of storage fees) and get it done asap.they hit you for storage (hint prepay up to the date you think it will be picked up)”

“This place is idiotic. I paid the $50 registration fee and wanted to bid on a golf cart. I was told I need a business certificate from my state even though I am a registered LLC in the state of Florida. I even sent them the webpage that states I don't need a business license in the county I live in. They said sorry, you can't buy. So basically I spent $50 for nothing. DO NOT REGISTER WITH COPART UNLESS YOU HAVE $50 TO WASTE. Horrible business to deal with. Never again.”

“This is a cheating company. I bought a car at auction for $ 10.0000 when it arrived. The car appeared with a certificate of destruction which did not say anywhere at the time of purchase. don't be fooled it's a scam.he did not start the car nor did he say”

“Very bad service on delivery. Copart give delivery to third party now. And they cannot even tells you when they will deliver. If you cant provide a service stop advertising. Ask everyone to come abd collect. We pay for the service.”

“Absolutely terrible company bought a vehicle described as having minor dents and scratches but upon delivery like other customers have mentioned had parts missing but best of all the head gasket was blown . Upon raising a complaint all they do is run you around in circles different departments different people copy and pasteing numerous terms and conditions basically I have been ripped off , car sitting on drive going no where and no money to repair and buy another car " thank you Copart "”

“Came to copart McAllen Texas, for my body to see the vehicle they let me in so he purchase a vehicle, I come back the next day and they wouldn't let me in , wasted my day, I highly recommend not buying at copart , they are a real pain up yours , if you know what I mean, and a complete rip-off, a pain to deal with in every witch way , the only decent person in here is the loader operator, please do your research before you buy it at copart,”

“Copart was supposed to pick my car up on A Monday as a donation to Habitat for Humanity. Every day that passed I called and was promised it would be picked up the next day. Fast forward to Saturday, five days later, and the car still sits in the driveway. Copart is a joke and not to be trusted.”

“Copart had my car for almost a month and when they give it back to me car was all dirty inside glove box was damaged and central locking not working. Spoke to complain team and they offer me 20£ to clean interior what a laugh worst company ever”
