“I’m a repeat customer & after placing an online order I expected to be sent an email to at least let me know you received it & of course tell me when it’s been shipped. I didn’t receive an email so I was left in limbo hoping that I’d eventually get it. I obviously received it & all was well but communication at the beginning wouldn’t go astray!”

“I have brought from Cosmetics Now for years never had a problem but the last year i've noticed the company going downhill .Well as for ringing forget it, never got to talk to anybody reason item missing weeks later turned up it would have been nice to know what was going on but i would give you 5 stars but for those two reason . Products perfect on all other orders quick ship , just wish you could contact them if you have an issue and they answer of course ...Thanks”
