“Product never came. Was supposed to receive it a week ago. I’m even in the same city as the company that’s mailing it. Don’t order off of their eBay site. Not sure about their main website. But stay away from the eBay one.”

“Delighted to receive this item, however, there was an issue in that the product was sent from the USA. My original confirmation of shipment advised delivery with 5-6 days with Australia Post. After receiving the above message and the product not having been delivered, I contacted your message centre via email. I was then advised that this item was being shipped from the USA and not Australia. The product eventually arrived after 14 days of advice that it had been shipped. Would suggest that you advise, in writing, that an item is being shipped from the USA - this would save a lot of confusion. Thanks.”

“I’m a repeat customer & after placing an online order I expected to be sent an email to at least let me know you received it & of course tell me when it’s been shipped. I didn’t receive an email so I was left in limbo hoping that I’d eventually get it. I obviously received it & all was well but communication at the beginning wouldn’t go astray!”

“I have brought from Cosmetics Now for years never had a problem but the last year i've noticed the company going downhill .Well as for ringing forget it, never got to talk to anybody reason item missing weeks later turned up it would have been nice to know what was going on but i would give you 5 stars but for those two reason . Products perfect on all other orders quick ship , just wish you could contact them if you have an issue and they answer of course ...Thanks”
