“very good service after the perfume I ordered was labelled 'dangerous goods' and FedEx would only deliver to my home between 9 and 5 and nowhere else or allow anyone else to sign for it.alternative was for me to drive for am hour to FedEx office then another hour home.fedex were hopeless.Cosmetics Now tried to help and in the end refunded the payment.I was very impressed with Veena from customer service.”
