“Dried out (useless) product sent by Cosmetics Now, but no refund because the dried out condition was not found until after the 2 week return period had lapsed. Product was still shrink wrapped when it was opened 7 weeks after receiving it. This is a product I've used for years, & never have I seen it in this crusty old condition. Fair warning - check your products upon receiving them! No refund for me, and they offered a 20% "discount"on my next order-what kind of fool would order from Cosmetics Now when they treat their customers so shabbily? NOOOOOWAY”

“I only shop online at Cosmetics Now. I am a nervous web shopper as I want to be fully confident that if I find anything I don’t like I can return easily and have an excellent experience all around. It is a guaranteed great shopping experience each and every time. They have shampoos and conditioners that are hard to find on other sites. Top site!!”

“I placed an order on Dec 18th, received no email confirmation. When I emailed customer service they sent me a tracking number and it has now been 2 weeks with no tracking updates and have no idea when and if I will ever receive my order. It shouldn’t take this long With no explanation. I will not be ordering from this company again.”

“Easy to order. Cheap? Not so much! Easy to order, glad that they have products that not available at the local stores where I am from. However, product price in advertised emails CHANGED (increased) at actual web site. In New Zealand we would call that FALSE Advertising! And it's illegal! And it's the only thing I am not happy about.”
