“Product never came. Was supposed to receive it a week ago. I’m even in the same city as the company that’s mailing it. Don’t order off of their eBay site. Not sure about their main website. But stay away from the eBay one.”

“I have bought my products through Cosnetics Now many times with good results but last time a product was cancelled and I was only partially refunded my postage. I emailed and a few days later was told they will get back to me. As no one got back to me 2 weeks later I had to email again to get my full postage refund back. I was disappointed with the lack of response and customer service so I have bought my products elsewhere.”

“Nightmare. They didnt process my order, when I enquired on status after 15 days they created a new order without my permission, kept my money and have not ever provided the product Currently trying to get my money back thru PayPal”

Sorry for the long delay on sending this order and the slow shipping time. Due these issues we are no longer using this delivery method to New Zealand.

“Credit card was charged immediately but after 3 weeks I still have not received the perfume I ordered. The tracking number provided in the confirmation of purchase email, when entered to the NZ Post website, advises the package is not being tracked. I would not recommend purchasing from this site and am worried I have been ripped off”

“Warning......Don’t order anything from Cosmetics Now! Ordered 2 perfumes, received 2 diff perfumes that I didn’t order. They offered me 20% off the perfumes that I didn’t want. Customer service is shizen houzen! #cosmeticsnow do not order no guarantee you will get what is pictured at all! Rant over”

“I placed my order via google and still waiting for shipping info or update on my order it has been almost 3 weeks and as of today no info google would only advise with tracking number and when I checked the item was never shipped !!!!!!!!! I will wait one more week and if i still did not get my order i will dispute the charges with my credit card ! HOW BAD IS THIS AND GOOGLE supports or list a company like that BAD BAD”

“I have been trying to return an item that I ordered. Their website says that you can return any unused product for fragrances to send a email to send It to the correct address. I have never talked with anyone when I have called and have left 3 voicemail messages with my phone number and email as requested. I have sent 4 emails from their website and one from my email but still don't have a return address. I paid the shipping as they say you have only 14 days to return. Now I’m afraid to lose the product and the money. Good to buy but really bad customer service.”

“I ordered shampoo and it was taped on the pump. It was not taped securely around the twist off part. It leaked. The part was most upsetting is the pump was all cracked. It is not useable.”

“Completely rubbish, would never buy from them or recommend them to anyone. Their communication internally and externally is poor. They don't disclose that they are out of stock but rather keep you on hold while you wonder what is happening. You call them and they are extremely rude on the phone to the point if you are trying to get your money back, they will hang up on you. Def. a bad company to deal with, don't waste your time or money.”
