It was sent to South Africa (I am in NZ), I will not ever get the product or my money back

Extremely slow delivery, they were not good with communication too. I had to email them twice just to get a response to where my product was. The tracking did not work.

Merry Christmas Cosmetics Now! My wish for this Christmas is to physically receive my order. This has been more than 5 weeks and still I don't have my products. I am forced to buy two more at the other online shop because I don't have the items I bought from your end. I ordered two weeks in advance to make sure that my supply will last. But unfortunately, your delivery takes forever. I already paid this in my credit card and yet I don't still have the items. Your service is beyond expectation but in a very negative way. I demand a 50% off on the items I bought. I have to buy from other store just to be sure I can continuously use the hair products. This is truly unbelievable. Aldrin

There was no one in attendance when the parcel came to the studio and no post office collection note! Hopefully the Post office have it still there as I have been away sick and just chased the tracking order today.

Hi Kathryn, Sorry about this, it is possible that Auspost either failed to provide a calling card or they misplaced it. We recently added notification emails for each step in the delivery process that sent an email notifying of awaiting collection.

Package got delivered to the wrong address/person. Fortunately there was a refund and I didn't suffer any loss.

It took much longer to deliver than promised and I also received the wrong product and you do not provide a way to remedy that I am aware of

BUYER BEWARE - I sent back my return on Nov 16th (the day after I received my order - well within the 14 refund policy). The package was received by Cosmetics Now on Nov 18th. I have yet to receive a refund, even after providing the tracking number, photos of the unopened merchandise and numerous emails requesting a refund. I don’t understand the delay and lack of communication. Very poor customer service Nd very bad experience.

The product was different than the tester product I had been given at the pharmacy. I checked at the pharmacy and its a different product in the same packaging. Will not order from here again as I don;t trust the product now.

I still didn’t receive my package and it’s been much longer than the max shipping times indicted for delivery. Reached out to customer service and they as well, don’t know when the parcel will arrive. :( Very disappointed.

Minature sample size should be called a sample its so small. I thought I was ordering the original size.
