“Easy to order. Timely delivery”

“Product was good, price acceptable but I was not happy with the delivery: 1) took about 10 days 2) I was not home when delivery made so had to make a special trip to pick up. 3) too much packaging (one lipstick was seal wrapped and boxed by the manufacturer, then bubble wrapped and boxed by Cosmetics Now. In conclusion, 1 is acceptable but combination of 2 and 3 made me feel like an environmental vandal. I'm unlikely to buy in future.”

Hi, Sorry for the slow delivery, order took around 8 business days before delivery attempt. For Australia if a comment is left asking for authority to leave we can send the order with Authority to Leave. Thank you for your feedback regarding packaging.

“Climat is a very elegant perfume worn by the sophisticated woman on special occasions. My daughter dabbed a little on her wrists & everyone she met or passed that day commented on how "lovely & beautiful" her perfume was. Congratulations Cosmetics Now for extra special customer service in obtaining this very elegant "old fashioned" beautiful scented perfume. Thank you.”

“Cosmetics Now are really great to deal with. Mostly have what I want and if not let me know when my wished for product is back in stock. Delivery is prompt and I can track my order. The stock is well within the "use by" date which isn't always the way with the big department stores. I am so thankful that I am still able to purchase Shiseido products from Cosmetics Now as they are no longer available in Australian department stores.”
