“What I order was to the standard I have received from Cosmetics Now but it took nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive. I don't know who you use for your delivery of goods but I was disappointed in the time it took to arrive in Darwin. I know that you state that for regional areas it can take longer but not nearly 3 weeks.”

“I’m genuinely grateful that I discovered Cosmetics Now. I’ve purchased 15 fragrances in recent months. Most of these are hard to find or no longer sold in Australia, so I was so happy I could purchase them from an Australian based company. The prices and discounts are excellent. I love that Cosmetics Now offers AfterPay. Their communication is timely and the rewards system is excellent. I’ve received all of my orders promptly. Couldn’t be happier with the range of products offered and the service :)”

Hi Rupesh, Standard procedure with Auspost is to leave a calling card on a missed delivered. I guess in this case that didn't occur? Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
