“When i notified you that my delivery was missing, i got a very negative response, there was no offer to following up on the package. Instead, I was told that it was my "own business" I am not sure if this is the way you deal with all your customers, or it was to me only.”

“I like the collections and find them suiting my style. After a recent purchase I was directed to a Sale site and purchased a further 4 items. The sizing was restricted so I tried the nearest to my size. On arrival the Lightweight jacket fitted perfectly but the other 3 items didn't. I repackaged to send back then discovered I wasn't able to return these items. I hadn't seen this on the original webpage so I'm now lumbered with items I don't want because they don't fit so in effect the bargain Jacket isn't a bargain. I will seriously consider buying from this site in the future as we simply don't know until we buy and receive. Real genuine downside to on line shopping.”
