“Booking online was a breeze. Answer a few questions about your items for pickup. Price is then displayed and you pick a date. Truck showed up little early but they did call ahead. Friendly and courteous employees. Quick in and out. Could not be any easier. Plus they recycle your stuff.”

“We had an old couch and a loveseat that we were replacing and the Couch Disposal Plus company was reasonable with the cost of removal. They came within the scheduled time frame and picked up our couch / loveseat. We chose the Couch Disposal Plus because of the recycling and donations to charities. It was easy to use the website for estimating cost and scheduling.”

“I couldn’t have had a worse experience with this company. I had a 8 AM- 12 PM window. I was notified that they would be delayed. When they were delayed for a while longer, I tried contacting the driver more than once who never returned my calls. I had to call the hotline and wait on line to get any answers. Finally, they arrived and said that they had to cancel because they couldn’t find parking within one block. This is NYC - why would you advertise here if you can only park within one block? I then had to personally call and request a refund because they already charged me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“Highly recommend this company. The two people who came to my home were fast and efficient removing several pieces of heavy furniture. They were very polite and it was a pleasure to meet them both. Price was very affordable compared to other options.”

“Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 is because the movers that came left behind 2 couch cushions and 3 couch pillows. They were all on the couch/loveseat when they arrived.”

“I paid to have a large couch and chair removed from my second floor apartment, and the driver showed up with a truck but no second mover saying that the second mover didn't show up, so because I needed the items out of there that day I had to help him carry everything down in the middle of a very hot day. The whole reason I paid someone else to do it was so I wouldn't have to, since it's not an easy trip down the stairs, I could have done this myself with a buddy had I known I would have to step in to help out. The driver then asked me multiple times if I wanted to help him out the rest of the day because he needed a second pair of hands -- I stayed home from work to make sure this went smoothly, and ended up having to do it myself anyway. Very disappointing and a waste of money.”
