TJ and his colleague were extremely professional. They were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances but he kept me updated the whole time. They got the couch out without any issues and made sure I was okay with all the work they did. I would definitely recommend them and this site, again!

Showed up on time, performed efficiently despite the heavy weight of some of the pieces. Great service, really needed it as some of my furniture really could not be transferred any other way

The contractor for Couch Disposal Plus canceled on me the day of, and then after I rescheduled they missed their 4 hour window by 2 hours. I've been trying to get a partial refund (just like $40 back for all the finagling I had to do to make the rescheduling work out with my job...) and the manager will not call me back. Emails keep bouncing back. Do not use them.

There was a scheduling conflict that kind of ruined my whole day. I was scheduled for pick up from 12-4pm but got a call at 8am that they were 30 min away. Over an hour later they still hadn’t shown up. Called and they said they would be another 1.5 hours. I had other appointments scheduled during that time that I had to cancel because I was afraid of missing them. If they had arrived when it was actually scheduled it would have been 5 stars. When they finally got there it was an easy, quick process. Just with the scheduling had been better and I didn’t have to wait around for half my morning and miss other scheduled appointments to meet them.

Ad says couch removal Bloomington Illinois. Called, employee was very rude, said we don’t pick up in Bloomington Illinois and hung up.

They came in the window of time on the day expected and got the job done efficiently. They did not call ahead as we were told they would. The general presentation of the pick up people was not quite as professional as I would have expected, which reduced my confidence in the transaction.

Rather than a company truck with a couple of men arriving to pick up my sleeper sofa, Andre arrived in his small truck to do the job by himself. He managed to get the sofa down three flights of stairs with two tight turns with only a couple of nicks and rubbing marks on the wall. While Andre was very friendly and got the job done, I don't think sending one man to do a job better done by two is advisable.

Where to start? 1. My pick up was rescheduled 3 times (throughout 2.5 weeks) 3. The first reschedule was made via text by the driver simply saying, “I can’t make it today.” 2. When I was promised a second delivery between 4-8 pm, and no one came, it was up to me to call the company to ask what’s going on. When I did so, I was told the driver had requested off and, due to an oversight, no one realized my order would go unfulfilled. 3. When someone finally came, 2.5 weeks after my originally selected pick up date- and past 8 pm, it was one person with a small car, (when I noted the couch was a 2 piece sectional). 4. My husband ended up helping the single delivery person bring our couch down three flights of stairs. 5. The single driver informed us that he is sent out to customers when the Company has a last minute order that they forgot to fulfill in the normal course of business. I do not recommend this sham business.

Although I didn't receive the promised phone call 30 minutes before the pickup's arrival, the staff were accommodating and helped me remove covers and clear the space. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again for similar jobs.
