“I get so anxious worrying about debts - took an IVA out in September 16. My partner and I occasionally get a bonus of which we have to pay a percentage to credit fix but they are so bad at replying and getting back to you quickly about how much you have to pay. They cant seem to get mine and my partners basica salary right so they seem to ask for random amounts., Every time we call and ask for a call back it doesnt happen. Very frustrating as this is our lives. Im not even 100% certain we will be debt free after the 5 years and i am still getting chased by companies who dont seem to know about the IVA. Noone seems to understand my frustrations.”

“I'm happy so far but. Unhappy that they send post with wrong house no after writing to tell them of this my last letter from creditfix was again sent to wrong numbered house where my letter was opened this is confidential so shouldn't happen i hope creditfix can put this right”

“My experience with credit fix has been absouloutley disgusting. they tell lie after lie after lie. I had an arrangement with them for five years and had to pay £102 per month. was told that my creditors would not contact me but they have done for past two years since being in the arrangement. good job they did in away the balances have not gone done in the whole two years some of my creditors had not received any money at all. what were creditfix done with the money I paid in???? in total have paid over £1400. then I got into some financial difficulty and was unable to pay the monthly amount. they said they would get the arrangement extended. I contacted them numerous times to discuss my situation and often never got a reply . then I was getting letters saying they were going to cancel my arrangement and that all money iv paid so far would be lost and would go into fees for themselves. how is that fair? they said they had not heard from me which was a lie I have still got the 3 emails on my laptop that was sent to them and never got a reply. also had rang up numerous times to discuss my situation as at one stage I had no money coming into the household due to unforseen circumstances they knew this and said they would help but didn't . PLEASE avoid this company at all cost. THEY ARE LIARS”

“creditfix lie from the start originally was going to be over 5 years then they made it six. was told I needed to release equity from the house or extend for another two years making eight in total. speak to customer services they cant find original proposal (suits them). I could have re-mortgaged at the start made agreements with creditors and been debt free by now any one with debt problems try citizen advice for best free guidance”

“Sent all my bank statments and pay slips by post and asked to get them back but apparently they sent them and they must have got lost in the post but they cant do anything about it. also got told i had to arrange a ppi check but the ppi company told me they dont deal with people who are going through an iva then never heard nothing more about it. Over 12 months in now and havent recieved any sort of update to how its going.”

“I was never made to feel silly or embarrassed about my financial situation. I had very little to do, Creditfix done it all. Every person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I feel in safe hands and very relieved with my new situation.”

“It hasnt so far.. They took over my case from another company, i had a choice sign the form Or not..either way it is happening.i asked for the company to ring me 2 months ago and am still waiting for the phone call.lack of communication, yes their taking my money every month but im still unhappy over certain issues”
