“Service good - but we bought a cricket helmet which we thought was the correct size but son has worn it and transpires its too small, so now can't return it. I think for stuff like that it needs to be a high street purchase.”

On receipt of the helmet customers are entitled to check the fitting and whilst maintaining the product original condition and packaging for resale. We will be happy to exchange your helmet to a more suitable size provided the helmet has not been used.

“Very poor service and communication! I ordered £480 of cricket equipment for my son and after 2 weeks I was still waiting for my delivery! When I emailed them they said it would take 3-5 days but no explanation to why after two weeks I didn’t receive my goods! I had to cancel and go to London to buy the equipment as my sons needed the equipment to play matches!!
Don’t use this company they are useless!!!”
“After reading lots of bad reviews I took a chance and ordered from C D mainly because of lack of stock elsewhere . I messed up on the order by ordering a bat care kit that was out of stock along with a bat that was in stock so I emailed there customer support they assured me the order would be ok ,and the next day both bat and care kit arrived . I don’t know if a lot of these bad reviews against C D are down to all the company struggling through COVID but all I can say is for me they were excellent”
