“I love the website and use it a bit but o find it a little penny pinching when you have to pay £6.99 for postage when spending more that few hundred pounds each time.”

“The online store was no problem but unfortunately in store I had a really bad experience. When we visited the Glasgow store there was a altercation with security and a young kid was hurt and his head burst open and we left the store quite shaken to be honest. I hope the wee boy was alright as it was a really bad cut to the head. Due to this I did actually miss out on the trainers I was wanting to originally purchase and would put me off going back in the store. As I said I have been left wondering about the wee boy and hope he made a full recovery.”

“I really like the labels that Cruise sells, and I also love that they use DPD to deliver the stuff that they sell. I would have given Cruise 5 stars in this review, (and order more regularly from them) but charging £6.99 for delivery is absolutely brutal, especially when End Clothing only charge £2.95 for the exact same service.”

“Delivery times are shorter now which is lovely. However it is a shame that you must pay both for delivery and return. Most designer websites expect you to pay once or none st all (depending on the value)”

“Very prompt delivery despite being during the Christmas period and the sale (other retailers often take longer to deliver during sale periods). Also the best sale discount I could find online! My only issue is that I wish the company photographed their clothing on real people and from different angles instead of just a straight front and back shot on a mannequin. When you are purchasing high-end products, I would prefer to see much more detail if possible.”
