“Shopped in Glasgow store and didn't have item that was required but the young man who served myself was so helpful and explained how to order online and checked availability of stock to make sure I would recive item on time for daughters 18th birthday, think his name was Frazer and can honestly say he is a credit to your store and his customer service was out of this world, so nice to see such a kind and helpful young man go out his way to make your customers so satisfied with there shopping experience will defo be back.”

“I had to return items due to not fitting I contacted cruise by email to say the card I paid on was cancelled due to me losing it and could they pay into my new card Straight away I got an email saying no it would have to be by check which I think is poor customer service I returned items to Hugo boss marks and Spencer's etc not a bit of bother I have emailed asking when check will be issued still waiting on reply everything done by email I have no telephone number to speak to a member of cruise staff it's the first time I've shopped at online cruise and will certainly be my last ...”
