“Value for money in terms of sale items but delivery cost seems over the top. Other retailers don’t seem to charge anywhere near as much. No option to collect in-store seems strange also.”

“The delivery service is fast however the delivery charges are double the price than they need to be. I was charged £6.99 delivery for three items that I later returned. The return cost me only £2.99.”

“CRUISE are excellent to deal with. A concern on my most recent purchase, i normally have items delivered to my home "next day service"however on this occasion i used next day service to a pick-up point. This was an utter shambles and i would strongly recommend not using this service.”

“Website fantastic and shops match that, however £6.99 for delivery which does not include returns is outrageous, you can not be charging top delivery prices for standard delivery and not getting returns includes. Would review pirce or change it where returns are included, presides that brilliant.”
