“Good choice of clothes and the outlet always has quality genuine bargains. I buy quite a bit from Cruise so it would be good like some other in line retailers if you could buy a years worth of delivery and returns for a one off cost as it does put me off ordering sometimes if I'm not sure of the fit and it costs me return packaging which can be quite costly for bigger items”

“Given that it is high end products the packaging isn't always the best compared to selfridges for example. I recently bought a couple of ties and the the label was hanging off one of them which isn't ideal. Most of the stuff is good for what you pay though.”

“Received parcel in a disgraceful state,torn apart and the goods flattened. Contacted Mark from customer services who told me to send them back in, at my cost for a refund. I then replied that as it was nearly the end of the month I had no money to return OR to get another present in time to replace this item,so I asked if there was anything they could do.... Answer from the very helpful Mark....NOTHING. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES”
