“The service was very fast which i liked. Unfortunately my product had a mark on it, when paying £260 for something and it does not meet full standard is quite disappointing. I had this with a previous pair of trainers i had bought aswell.. feel for the money paid, the product should meet the full standard.”

“Cruise is always bang on I love the shop and the service but unfortunately when I received my Gucci cap because it never had cardboard inside keeping it sterdy it only had paper my cap got delivered all buckled and creased and it won't seem to go back to normal I was gutted as I paid 210 pound u expect it to be perfect it's obvious the dpd had other orders on top of it and squashed it .......... everywhere I have ordered caps from always use the cardboard behind the forehead part to keep it strong ... disappointed in the way mine came 😩”

“I am certainly not happy that I have to pay £6.99 for delivery even if I spend £500. However in House of Fraser, delivery is free over £50.00, same as TKMax.”

“I went in to the store on George Street to purchase a pair of shoes. Tried on one of the display shoes for size and wanted to go ahead and purchase this particular shoe. The staff took 20 minutes trying to find the other shoe that matched the display one and were unsuccessful. I wasn't suggested to check out online, it was of my own doing that I then went online and made the purchase. Once I went online I had no troubles at all and was very happy with the efficiency of receiving my order.”

“Fab service and quick delivery however, I wasn’t pleased with how the items were shipped one shirt and a t-shirt tightly packed in to one very small dust bag, expect them in one each or a larger one when shopping at a high end store.”

“Got new summer Moncler jacket (£480) . Got home and unfortunately found a flaw in it so had to drive back the 80 mile round trip to return it. Which was really disappointing with 2 young kids in Easter holidays in pouring rain. Ordered on line as wasn't another in shop, paid delivery to save me driving back and it came really quickly and in great condition.”
