“Good service but disappointing that the customer has to pay the postage for returns or faulty items. There should be a pre-paid return stamp included.”

“Good merchandise at good prices. But you could add a yearly shipping subscribtion or free shipping over certain value. Or free shipping for members who spend more than certain amount yearly. I would have bought more but it is not always worth extra 10 pounds for shipping.”

“First time ordering from Cruise web page. Easy to order, prompt delivery. Very much liked that item can be delivered to a nearby store for collection when convenient. Did not like that online item has to be posted back at cost of over £11 when Cruise store is less than 2 miles away or the store item was collected from is less than 1 mile away.”

“I purchased a TODS Mocassino Loafers for a store collection at Malatan, Glasgow. I'm impressed with the packaging of cruise. The loafers and its original package and was packed inside the Cruise bag, inside the carrier bag. However, the Tods box itself had a dent on one of the bottom side which maybe the fault of the carrier. Otherwise, I would give this a 5 stars.”

“The service and product range is fantastic. The only reason I never gave 5 stars is the fact you have to pay for your deliveries. A number of other companies I use you don't although you do have to pay the return postage which is to be expected.”
