“Cruise online was a smooth transaction. I received regular email updates regarding my parcel and received my item within two days of purchased. 10/10 service. Although it's a shame the customer service at my local cruise store in the women's section is appalling. With dirty looks, not even a hello or offering to help. No verbal communication at all. I also smiled at the SA to which she did not reciprocate. My family and myself will no longer be shopping in the store after that extremely uncomfortable and awkward experience which put me off enough never to come back to the store.”

“The varied lines and regular discounts and great quality brands. However the sizing of recent purchases is bizarre, xl and xxl both sized too small, I'm amazed that 6 t shirts have had to be returned as too small. I'm xl in all tops, t shirts, polos etc usually”

“I didn't received the goods yet as the courier can not priceed the customs clearance due to insufficient ingormstion in the commercial information about goods such as item, brand, q'ty and origin. Asked for updated invoice couple times, but no follow ups yet.”

“Hi, I have made two orders and received the second order 5 days later than 1 one ? The sizes are not matching, they are either bigger, than stated -polo tshirts XL- one fits great, other model same size is bigger. Trousers were smaller than stated size. Very unhappy about return, delivery time and fee. Probably will not order one more time.”
