“Cruise is a reliable place to shop online. I prefer the new website now that the clothing variations have been rationalized, the great many option variants previously was frustrating when trying to search for a particular item. Cruise has become my main go to online store to shop.”

“Good range of products and easy to access website/product guide. However, I will never order form the website again. Too expensive posting/returning unwanted goods. There are many other websites that stock the products and have less expensive policies in place.”

“I am happy to shop in CRUISE. But unfortunately, some product description are not correct. Though, it was not a problem to me cause I know the products well. For the people new to the goods, it is still confusing.”

“Good choice of clothes and the outlet always has quality genuine bargains. I buy quite a bit from Cruise so it would be good like some other in line retailers if you could buy a years worth of delivery and returns for a one off cost as it does put me off ordering sometimes if I'm not sure of the fit and it costs me return packaging which can be quite costly for bigger items”
