“In our case it was a new back door to be supplied and fitted - Consort Magnum Composite Door. There were issues I have to be honest with finish of the 'slab' supplied to CSJ and the standard of fitting.....but the CSJ fitting manager came to our house and inspected the door for himself. He was superb and immediately with no hesitation arranged a replacement 'slab' to be supplied and fitted with the surrounding pieces as new. The replacement door and fittings was fitted as promised. The job is first class and looks a treat in our new kitchen. The door looks and feels pure quality. It is money well spent and a great job. We are glad we had this door fitted.”

“It was a quick effortless process overall, I have used CSJ twice to upgrade my windows and french doors and both times from the moment the contract was signed everything happened very fast and smoothly. They arrived on time as scheduled and finished the job in one day with minimal inconvenience to my daily routines. The quality of the work was very good and everything was left in tidy condition. The doors and windows are great. Would use them again .”

“From the initial interview exp!aining the type of windows now used and the various safety features incorporated in the windows, I was very impressed. As to the installation of my new windows and doors, the three installers were polite and professional at all times with time spent attending to details such as finishing off and sealing around all the windows and doors together with expert installation of the wooden finishings around them all too. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are not the cheapest around and not the most expensive either but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for !”

“Our window was fitted at the designated time promised by CSJ by two excellent craftsmen who as well as being very efficient with the job , were really pleasant and good natured. When the work was completed they cleaned up and spent time explaining the different locking positions of the window. They also arranged a Plasterer to repair the unavoidable slight damage caused by removing the old woodwork around the previous window. The plasterer also arrived at the arranged time, did a really good and he too was very pleasant. From our experience of the Salesperson, Surveyor, through to the complete installation we would certainly recommend CSJ to anyone.”

“CSJ installed a new patio door in June 2016 to replace our old leaky one. The job was carried out in the space of just a few hours and we are delighted with the new door. The team who carried out the work were friendly, very efficient and skilled. All the debri was removed and we had no requirement to clear anything up afterwards. This is the second window they have installed for us. Door looks really good and I would fully recommend CSJ .”

“We have had all our windows replaced and pvc cladding front and back, so happy with the total transformation. The windows are excellent quality and the workmanship was equally excellent. From start to finish CSJ have been first class, and the team 5 installers could not have worked harder than they did. We would not fail to recommend you to any of our friends or neighbours”

“The first set of windows were installed July 2015 the men came early in morning and worked tirelessly throughout the day. We were most impressed with the workmanship and everything was cleaned, and hoovered up any mess. The lads were extremely courteous and so helpful, we will get them back in 2016.”

“We are very satisfied with the quality of the product and the workmanship. The team of fitters arrived promptly and took time to ensure that our decor and furnishings were protected. Their work is excellent, the finishing on the interior windows is very neat and the overall look of the windows is pleasing. There were a couple of small areas of damage to concrete outside; these were mended within 10 days, no fuss. This was a good experience from beginning to end, the office staff were helpful, surveyor pleasant and informative, and fitters efficient and cheerful. Paperwork completed timeously with guarantee sent out in a couple of weeks. On our expereince, we can recommend CSJ.”

“The whole process was simple and professionally carried out from start to finish.the installers were very polite and friendly and I did not have any issues leaving them to carry out the work while I went to work myself.being in the building trade myself I honestly could not find anything to complain about.I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.not the cheapest but you get a quality product that should last for years.”

“We had team 6 they were very pleasant helpful & very cheery arrived on time introduced themselves & worked hand in hand with each other had 5 windows to be done started at 9.30am & finished at approx. 5pm they cleaned up inside & out explained how the windows worked etc., the salesperson was also pleasant & not pushy (as some salespeople can be) also the surveyor he was pleasant also therefore I cannot fault this company at all - the only drawback is trying to match the nail holes with filler (pity they didn't fill the wee nail holes but heho I will manage) would definitely recommend this company for their workmanship from start to finish - very pleased with my windows thanks Rad Andy & Cheyne”
