“The products that they use are of high quality, as are the finishing materials. In addition, the tradesmen are cheerful, pleasant and having provided an excellent standard of finish they clear up very effectively.”

“sales rep visited at the time we were interested in replacing windows able to fit the windows quickly no mess left by the window fitters who put in the windows very quickly no surprises - everything was as " it said on the packet"”

“CSJ's installation and pre installation survey process was very efficient and the teams were polite and tidy. The quality of the installation is top notch and it looks fantastic. We had a couple of small post installation tidying up matters that were attended to and dealt with by the efficient teams who were keen to ensure we were completely satisfied.”

“I had a visit from the agent on the Friday and windows were surveyed by the Tuesday. The agent and the surveyor were very efficient and thorough. My appointment to have them fitted was arranged for the next week, the job was not easy as the windows in my flat were very old and in bad condition, the fitters did a great job and i am especially happy with the bedroom window which was in a sorry state. Would recommend them highly great job.”

“I am very pleased with our 4 new windows fitted recently. The quality of the windows seems better than others we have had. The fitters arrived at the appointed time the work was carried out to a high standard with no mess or problems to wallpaper etc. As advised a plaster followed up a week later to repair two small areas outside the house which I would not have noticed as they were on the second floor. This shows a commendable attention to quality which exceeded my expectations. I was also pleased that CSJ did not take any payment until the windows were installed, this shows confidence in their product and installation.”

“We contacted CSJ and everyone from the salesman right through to the completion of the job couldn't have been more helpful. Work was carried out to a high standard and the team, Scott & Geoff tidied up any mess on completion of the job. They worked hard and we were delighted with the end products and wouldn't hesitate to recommend CSJ to family & friends.”

“Excellent customer focus, good communication links and response to our requirements. Salesman (Gavin) very knowledgable about products and helpful suggestions to best products for us. Surveyor also very helpful and knowledgeable, excellent response to minor issue post installation. Windows are of excellent quality.”
