“A very knowledgeable and helpful sales assistant when I was looking at higher spec compact cameras. Showed me some extra features I did not know about but I will use. No pressure, went away to check reviews and then went back to purchase at the best price compared to other retailers.”

“Everything went wrong with this order. 3 times they delivered the wrong cooker, 4 times they collected without the qualified person who can uninstall my cooker,, finally asked for a refund and I have waited 2 weeks,, completely unhappy with the whole order from start to finish”

“Delivery card found in driveway on a Monday for an 18th birthday present - expensive one at that! Received order on a Thursday to new address, part order, still waiting. Would honestly advise people if they HAVE to deal with Currys to order instore online delivery service is appalling”

“I have ordered a new Lenovo tablet keep going to my account still not dispatched yet.no email telling when it's being delivered. Say I have till the 9th march .phoned them up saying I will pick it up from store instead said I can do that because it's coming from their depo .where ever that is . If their is a problem delivery let customers know .don't keep thanking the orders you can't deal with.”

“Currys do not care about the customer and I had called in and heard people swearing and shouting racist jokes across. I think this would go down as knowhow or whatever you call it. Really unpleasant l.”

“Easy to find items online and then ordered click and collect. Parcel arrived as expected on time. However, staff in the shop could have been a bit more friendly and didn't seem to be in a rush to serve customers.”

“Why won't you install tumble dryers, you will with washing machines... they still need levelling and plumbing attached and in our case connection to the internet...... You're out of date and irrelevant.”

“Laptop repair service kept my machine for a week, did the wrong work, then said they could not repair as they could not get spares. Expert repairer said work done was very poor and inept, did not need parts and repairs done in a couple of hours. Would urge no one use this service.”

“Ordered a 4k Sony blu ray player, they couldn't deliver the item or give me an estimate on when they could get it to me and refused to give me a refund or allow me to change to another item in store onthe day. They said I could have a a gift voucher to come through the post. I order the item in store and Not online. Very little help from the gloucester store or with customer services. Will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!!!”
