“Staff at Northampton St James retail park I would just like to just say what a courteous , helpful and knowledgeable team I came across at the currys in Northampton. I went with the intention of buying a new washing machine and with the help of the assistant made a purchase based on their knowledge of the product ( not saying I had already done the research on the washer) but there was no waffle or salesmanship just honesty, which I value. I then returned another week or so later to suss out a phone package for my wife and son, and also to change my broadband provider. Again the assistant Tamina went to great lengths to explain all the options available for me which offered a good discount and products my wife and son are very happy with. I then was passed over to the manager Matt who was extremely professional and courteous who made me feel relaxed and at ease that I wasn't going to be sold any old rubbish, when after explaining my dissatisfaction with my current broadband provider showed me better deals to be had. Mona ( I think her name was), spent ages showing me all the deals to be had. I ended up with a mega deal much better and cheaper than my current! I would like to praise the new store manager Matt and his team on turning round what was a drab store from previous visits to one I would recommend to others.”

“I get nearly all my electronics from the Currys at Castle Park in Nottingham. Most recently I had bought a camera which did not live up to my expectations at all. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Special thanks to Rod who took the time to work out what my needs were and recommended a different product. I will happily go back there again”

“Just bought a fridge freezer from Currys. Service from start to finish was fantastic. Sales lady at the time of purchase at Currys retail park Gateshead was incredibly helpful and informative, there was no problem at all to rearrange my delivery slot and I was constantly kept up to date via email with the progress of my order. Finally, what can I say about the delivery guys... They were amazing. Just moved into a new house so everything was in chaos but they were so friendly, efficient, professional and couldn't have been more helpful.”

“I received fantastic service both in store and with the delivery and installation of my cooker. In the store Jade worked hard to find one that I was happy with and could be delivered within a couple of days. Andy and Paul delivered and fitted my cooker and showed me how everything worked. They rang ahead so I knew when to expect them. They were friendly, polite and very efficient, clearing up and leaving me with a shiny new cooker I am very happy with. Thank you everyone.”

“went to Currys in Blackpool last Saturday to purchase a hoover the lady assistant there demonstrated a Shark hoover to me I bought one and used it straight away and was shocked at how much dust came out my rugs even though i hoovered every other day how ever i was unsure how to use one of the many parts and went back today the same assistant there very kindly showed me how to use with no problem attall well done Currys and a great big thank you to the very helpfull lady assistant”

“Tom in the Maidstone branch was so helpful. Went out of his way to try and find the camera we wanted and was overall amazingly helpful! Better than the staff at the Medway branch who after stating it was not in stock just walked away.”

“Outstanding service! On boxing day I ordered a fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster. The kettle and toaster were delivered within 3 days and we were advised that as it was a 2 man job the fridge and w/machine would be delivered 4/1/16. Then got a text saying delivery between 1620 & 2020 today. Then got a phone call at 4pm to say ETA 15 mins and they arrived at 405pm. Can't get any better than that thank you!”

His name is James Hughes at your Aintree branch and when I went today to buy a TV it was a pleasure to have him advise my husband and I. His product knowledge was fantastic and he was able to guide us through the myriad of deals and offers advising what the technical detail actually meant. His level of customer service was brilliant and I would highly recommend any friends I have to visit and ask for his help.”

“we had problems with a dishwasher purchased online as previously reviewed. We went to the Worcester Blackpole branch found the dishwasher we wanted and although it was just past opening times the lady we spoke to about all of the problems was amazing running round helping other people as well. We gor the dishwasher home only to find a dent in the door we took photos and returned to the store more than helpful telling us to carry on using it and she would ring hotpoint for us and arrange a replacement or repair, this she did on the Monday, the dishwasher has now been repaired. A amazing experience for someone who has little faith in Currys generally and would not have used them by choice. BRILLIANT SERVICE, if only all currys were like this.”

“Just had an American Fridge Freezer delivered by Knowhow. Ordered yesterday from Currys in Tunbridge Wells. Elaine the sales person could not of been more helpful, we explained the difficulty in delivering to our house and she checked everything out. Paid for delivering next day with a time slot. The Knowhow team of Dave and Bruno turned up on time and were very professional and gave an excellent service. Will be using Currys again and cannot fault the service at any level. Clive Dowe”

“Had a Tumble dryer delivered this morning. They delivered within their slot and was nice enough to connect it up and explain the warranty and how I could apply for it. Lads were very polite and cheerful, making it a delightful delivery”

“I brought a tumbler dryer exactly 2 weeks ago .excelent quick service ,delivery guys top notch.but since ive had nothing but phone calls from domestic and general regarding taking out a warranty for labour .33 call in 2 weeks to the point its driving me nuts even late at night .this is my first and last purschase .i will go back to argos from now on”

“We've had a fantastic service from Currys. I ordered a washing machine yesterday and was surprised to see next delivery was an option and free provided they could deliver at any time between 7am and 7pm. Today I got a text to say they would be delivering between 7:20 and 11:20am and ten minutes later, a phone call from the driver to say they would be with me within an hour. The old machine was unplumbed and the new one installed and all packaging taken away within 10 minutes and normal washing service has been renewed. Really happy with our new Beko - thanks Curry, you could teach BT a thing or ten!”
