“On Easter Saturday morning our washing machine packed in mid - cycle. The machine was over 9 years old & was ready for the scrapyard but on a Bank Holiday we thought we would be without laundry facilities for a reasonable length of time -- NOT SO! We visited our local Currys Pc World in Pontefract & were greeted by Justine, a very efficient, very knowledgable sales person. She showed us several washing machines which would suit our needs and demonstrated the one we selected, a Samsung Ecobubble 8Kg capacity machine. The whole purchasing process was made simple and easy by Justine and, although next day delivery was not possible (Easter Sunday) she arranged delivery for the next day. Throughout our shopping experience at Currys PC World we were treated with the utmost kindness & respect by Justine & would like to thank her for all her expertise & professionalism. The machine was delivered as arranged on Easter Bank Holiday Monday by Knowhow personnel Steve & Jordan, who in their turn showed the same professionalism & kindness we had experienced in store. The delivery & fitting process was super efficient & we would have no qualms about recommending your company to anyone. Thanks again & keep up your excellent customer service!!”

“We recently bought a new All-In-One computer from Currys/Pc World in Fforestfach Swansea. Although the buying experience wasn't as good as it could have been. I am thrilled with my product. I bought an Acer Aspire C22-760 21.5" All-in-One PC and couldn't be happier. I was a bit miffed at why I could not find the wireless adapter needed to get the keyboard and mouse working. But by chance found it inside the mouse (battery compartment). If this was documented it would have saved a lot of wasted time . Until this morning I wasn't even aware I had four USB ports, I only assumed I had two. This all in on does not have a disc drive, but I knew that in advance and it isn't necessary for my needs. It does however come with a camera but that will not be used. After working off a 8-10 year old computer I'm thrilled to have a new toy to play with. I set it up myself very quickly even though I did have to plug in my old mouse and keyboard, until I found the wireless adapter. Customer service I would give 8/10. Product 9/10.”

“We took delivery of our replacement integrated Fridge / Freezer on Monday 13th March 2017. The appliance, a Zanussi, is very good quality. Exactly what we wanted and fitted in our kitchen space perfectly. The service from the salesman in the store at Clifton Moor, to the very pleasant young men who delivered and fitted the appliance was superb. Many thanks to them all. Retired couple, York”

“I recently had to cancel an order I had placed on line and I needed to cancel it.( no fault of currys) I rang customer services and ì spoke with Alex (Mckay) He was so helpful polite and friendly and I think he deserves a pat on the back for his customer service manner.”

“Bought a logik toaster from St James retail park store Wolverhampton,it was not very good took it back after 3days,I was given money back no problem Bought a Delonghi straight away,was helped by a lady called Sam who was polite and very helpful.once again great service from this store that we have used for many years”

“The help that I got at the Kettering store was fantastic, I had quite a problem with Hotpoint replacing my faulty fridge freezer. Luke phoned them up and sorted the problem out and arranged for Currys to deliver me a replacement from them in two days time.l”

“Currys HOVE staff and management team are fantastic. Also the installer team and drivers are great hard working people. They are there to help. I have had 3 of the same brand replacement cookers and 2 repairs in the space of 4 months. All had the same fault -the oven turned itself off intermittently. We decided after the 3rd cooker did the same thing just after being installed that I would go for a different brand. I was so very impressed with how well I was treated. The wonderful staff who looked after me are: Matt, Lisa, Mike and Ben the manager. All well trained and well led. Ben was always accessible if any of the team needed help. The phone team were also helpful.”

“Last year i decided to get an eyefinity triple curver monitor setup. Went to store and asked for 3 1800r monitors - they did not hesitate and shown me the monitor they had in store. I asked about dead pixel policy and again - without hesitation, they explained their policy. They had only 1 monitor in store but promised to deliver 2 more in a weeks time. They were delivered in 4 days. I also asked for compatible GPU and they checked straight away and confirmed that they did not have it - no time wasted.”

“I had to return a GoPro camera today, I returned it to Curry's at Telford, both Jeff and Daniel were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help, unfortunately they didn't have the model I wanted. They contacted Shrewsbury and I went there with the name of the assistant to speak to, Jon, I went to the desk to be met with, Good afternoon Mr ... Here's your camera. Faultless customer service from both shops and a credit to Curry's, thanks all.”

“I took my wife's 2 year old PC into our Guiseley store to get a health check under our Knowhow care plan, and to seek advice on security as messages from McAfee were popping up to tell us that we were at risk. I was recommended a 12 month "Livesafe" McAfee plane for £39.99 which covers up to 5 appliances for 1 year. As I also have a 6 year old Lenovo Thinkpad that is running very slowly, I asked if this could also be fixed. I was delighted to learn that a £30 special speed-up offer was available, and decided to take advantage of the offer. When I collected both machines 24 hours later, I was told that my wife's pc was much faster, both machines had the Mcafee and windows 10 installed, and my old Thinkpad had 85mB of increased memory thanks to the magic that had been performed! I had been contemplating replacing the thinkpad, but the increase in speed and memory has saved this for another time. I was attended to by Jordan, who was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable - a real asset to PC World/Currys. Thank you very much for a first class service.”

“Dishwasher fell apart on Christmas Eve. Decided that as it was 10 years old a new one was called for. Went online, ordered a new one with installation and removal/disposal for delivery 27/12. Arrived on time with a phone call 30 minutes before . Installed perfectly, works perfectly and the chaps that did the job were very nice indeed. No complaints here....perfect service”

“I enquired about the availability of a Sony deck record player. The young lady assistant researched, informed me it was available in the warehouse, and advised me of the returns policy. All with a smile and very polite. Excellent customer service. The young lady even remembered my name when I collected two days later. Well done Currys Crawley.”

“I placed an order for a Morphy Richards slow cooker online to collect in store the following day. I found placing the order easy and I went along to my nearest store the following day. Everything worked like clockwork. The assistant who traced my order was polite and helpful. All in all I experienced a very satisfactory shop at a very busy pre Christmas time!”
