“I have never pursued getting any piece of jewelry, much less a ring, online. I'm not gonna lie: I was a bit leery of investing money into such a purchase with all of the scams going around these days. Still, I read a lot of reviews about Custom Made and was encouraged to proceed. One of my better decisions, it turns out. Step by step they guided me through the process. Communication: Top notch. Professionalism: First class. Final quality of the project: Fabulous! I was thrilled to see the piece with my own eyes and I wasn't disappointed. Now I'm setting up the proper time and place to give it to my wife. She's going to be blown away! On top of all that, I got two separate emails from one of the founders of Custom Made asking for my opinion. Well here it is: Folks, for your next piece of custom jewelry, choose Custom Made. You won't regret it, I assure you.”

“The piece that CustomMade produced for me (recreating the design of a piece that was custom-designed for me in the 70s by Tiffany's) is by far superior in every way to the original. It is the most beautiful thing i have ever seen. And surely the most prized piece of jewellery that I own. i can proudly see it becoming an heirloom to be treasured for years to come. The workmanship is astounding. The communication and updates with me throughout the process gave me complete confidence and the ability to be a part of the team, with the freedom to comment and suggest along the way. The finished product surpassed my greatest expectations. And I highly recommend this company to produce work that you will value for a lifetime.”

“Was very specific with requirement, that was not met. I said at the beginning I wanted a substantial ring and was prepared to pay for that. That's not what I got very lite and cheaply made.”
