“Customer service was second to none, the delivery was stolen from the post box it was delivered too, but the company were kind enough to send this out again, foc, when the issue was not their fault. Fabulous support and kindness”

“I've been using cutter and squidge for the last few years for birthday cakes and have never been disappointed. I'm particularly fond of the lemon drizzle myself but the victoria sponge and red velvet are very good too.”

“Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mealan and the team on September 8th, I was have a bit of a nightmare day, busy with work and it being my son's birthday, I had made an error order the cake, Mealan and the staff that afternoon went above and beyond to help me, amazing customer service, so kind, understanding and helpful, it meant a lot to see my son blow out his candle on such a beautiful cake thank you for making that happen🙂”

“C&S upon finding out my order arrived a day late (for 2nd time),cake was dry & cake topper not correct message ,they reached out to me to apologise and replace order.They very kindly changed cake order to my preference(original was daughter&husband preference). This is excellent customer service, although obviously the original order being done correctly 1st time around is everyone's preference. The past goods I've had have been delicious & so I hope moving forward the replacement order arrives and is not dried out and future orders will be tip top I hope.”
