“We ordered a reindeer cake for Christmas - it was gorgeous and absolutely delicious, only negative was that one of the antlers was broken when it was delivered (but we were able to fix it with some icing)”

“Purchased as a gift (I had previously enjoyed a similar gift from a friend) . There was a slight delay in delivery due to changing COVID tiers but was still in time for Christmas and recipients were delighted. Whole process of ordering etc. was very easy.”

“We had the afternoon tea delivered to our home. It was very well packaged and delivered on time. There were no sandwiches but the portions of scone and pastries were ample. The scones were rather dry and needed the cream and jam, which were lovely. The tray bakes were very good and the tea bag was good quality.”

“Bought Christmas gifts here to be delivered directly. The recipients were all very pleased and said they were delicious. Only snag was a slight delay in shipping due to new Covid rules from the courier but it wasn't a big problem.”

“The cakes were lovely. But the packaging for the lemon drizzle needs to be changed or rethought out. The plastic wrap all stuck to the icing so when removing a icing was left on the plastic which was a real shame and ruined the look when all out for eating”

“There was no card add on included with my order. After one email the customer service did apologise and gave a swift refund . The cake however looked and tasted excellent .”
