“This is really a 5 star, but I'm giving it only 4 star because when I ordered it in June for my boyfriend's bday it was a notch better. Not sure what happened, but this time when we ordered for a celebration, we both thought it wasn't as mind-blowing as the first time, but it's still very tasty.”

“The brownies turned up on schedule and were very much enjoyed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I couldn’t get the desktop site to work on any browser...I gave up in the end and went mobile.”

“The afternoon tea was a great idea and the delivery was superb. We enjoyed the experience but the cakes and jam were far too sweet for my taste. I couldn't eat very much of it but my husband, who has a very sweet tooth, polished it off. So if you like super sweet treats, you will be pleased.”

“The food is incredible, cannot be faulted! The issue is the delivery, firstly a ‘missed delivery’ when the person was at home and just metres from the front door, then I would suggest if you can’t make it accurate then turn off the ability to track a driver as it is incredibly frustrating to see them 2 streets away and then keep driving away and not arrive until 5hrs later. Especially when it is a gift and you ask someone to stay at home because the driver is ‘nearly there’. As said, the food is so good but it does leave you rating lower.”

“The food arrived safely and was delicious. However, we felt the loose tea could of been replaced with teabags, as not many people have a strainer and teapot these days. Also a card from the recipient in the box would of been nice, as it took ages to find who sent it and it was on the delivery note, which the ink was fading.”

“Tea was delicious - I was disappointed that it didn’t get delivered within the time frame I paid for but they did offers a refund for the additional delivery charge. Portion sizes are very generous!”

“Cake was delicious and it was delivered right on time. However, it is hard to reach anyone at Cutter and Squidge. I tried calling and also wrote an email 2 days before delivery to try to make a change to the order but there was no reply to my email unfortunately.”

“Beautiful cake. Not as mango-flavoured as I had hoped, yet my family really enjoyed it (possibly more than me). So far my favourite is the limited edition Chinese NY lychee cake.”

“The product it’s self was lovely and very tasty. When it arrived the package was very badly damaged and 2 of the cakes where a little squished. I had bought them to give a little gift but because of the damage I had to keep them.”
