“Your products are excellent. I have been sending them as treats to my grandchildren but your website is another matter. It wouldn’t accept a date for delivery and the last order I made took a very long time to complete. I still don’t know if it will arrive on the date I specified.”

“So simple to order and clear information and updates about delivery. I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered to my son, so have only seen photos of the cake and didn’t taste it myself. It looked amazing and he loved it so I’m very happy, though I would have liked to try a piece!”

“I placed orders from the US to my family in the UK so I have not had the pleasure of tasting your treats. However, by all accounts, everybody enjoyed their box of goodies. As far as customer service I feel there is room for improvement as I had a few website issues. However, these were dealt with eventually. I did appreciate the regular updates when order delivery dates were changed, although of course it did not affect me personally and everything arrived before Christmas so that was the main thing!”

“Great value for money hamper, the cake was especially delicious and the tin was a great touch. Took us a while to get through it all because there was a lot of it and it was so rich, in the best way. (No tea towel though!)”

“The food itself was delicious and I loved the variety of items however the items came in a box that was far too big and meant everything had rolled around and came out of its cases and got mixed up or in the case of the macrons were completely squashed and in pieces. Such a shame it wasn’t packaged better. It was a birthday present and this was very disappointing. I can’t wait for a proper visit when I can sit in store to enjoy the treats- in one piece!”
