“We have used cutter and squidge many times for birthday cakes however we recently moved outside in London. Very disappointed that they don’t deliver any of the really good cakes outside of London nor can you collect from a shop in London. So we ordered a small cake from the UK wide range but it was very disappointing compared to the wider range and definitely not worth the almost £30 price tag.”

“Unfortunately I didn't really like this cake. The sponge was very dense - it could have been lighter and fluffier and the cream / icing was a little sickly. I also ordered a party pack - not the best creation. Something like happy birthday banner / bunting would have been more exciting than napkins. A little over priced for me”

“I ordered a box of brownies for my friend's birthday to arrive on his birthday, paying for the nominated day delivery. Unfortunately they arrived one day late, ruining the surprise and gift. The customer service team were very good, refunding me fully, but I don't think I would order from them again.”

“We have always enjoyed the vegan chocolate cake from yourselves but this time we ordered a Victoria sponge as well for our son‘s birthday party. Unfortunately the Victoria sponge was well below our expectations. The sponge itself was quite dry and not moist and unfortunately it wasn’t very well received by the majority of the people who tried it so much so that we were not able to finish the cake. Hopefully this was just a bad batch, as mentioned above, the vegan chocolate cake was delicious, as we have come to expect from Cutter and Squidge, just a shame about the Victoria sponge.”

“We were excited to try the wedding cake sample box, however were extremely disappointed. The cakes tasted days old and dry, despite us eating the day of delivery. We won't therefore be ordering our wedding cake with them”
