“I usually place orders at Cutter and Squidge but was very disappointed in the quality of the biskies. Very dry and stale, almost like it was already off. I had to throw the remaining in the bin.”

“The cake was okay, but it was clearly made well in advance and frozen, as when we cut into the cake it was still frozen in the middle. The eton mess flavour was good though. The vake was pretty stodgy and dense, not what I expected from a Cutter & Squidge cake! Pretty disappointing overall.”

“The cake had too much butter and didn’t taste good. I was hoping to taste salted caramel but it tasted butter loaded chocolate. Didn’t like it at all.”

“This was the second time I ordered the same cake and unfortunately it wasn’t as good as a year before. The sponge was much denser and it didn’t seem as fresh. Also, the price of the cake has gone up by about 20% in a year, which is a huge increase. I will not be ordering again.”

“Website problems when ordering meant I had to ring customer service. Tiny selection of cakes available for delivery (outside London) , not the selection shown online. All in all frustrating experience. Wildly expensive too”

“I choose the pistachio and passion fruit cake, I liked the presentation of the cake, it was very cute but the taste unfortunately was bad. We couldn’t even eat it, we had to throw away the rest of the cake. I had such hight hopes for it. The delivery was on time and the cake was packed very well”

“Mixed biskies were excellent as always however the macaron drip cake I ordered was disappointing, it looked beautiful however the sponge and buttercream lacked any real flavour. Stick to the biskies in future.”
