The cake looked really, really nice. The taste was awful. Way too sweet and the texture odd and very dry . I had No other option since I needed a gluten free cake but I was very dissapointed especially for the price paid. Sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Good quality, only let down by the fact that if you order a full-size cake, the sample box is NOT refunded against full price order,

I'm usually an avid fan of Cutter and Squidge both in store and from ordering online. However my recent online purchase of a celebration cake was surprisingly sweet compared to other cakes that I have tried from Cutter and Squidge and the flavour wasnt true to its description. However, my main disappointment lies with how the delivery was handled. I left a message noting a safe place for the cake to be left if they couldn't get through to me when delivering. I never received a call. In fact, the cake was just left in the main lobby of my building (which wasn't the safe place that I had identified) and a rather public place. If I hadn't checked my phone and seen an email confirming delivery, I would have had no idea that it was there and it would have been free for anyone to take!

This box was okay, not brilliant. My disappointment is that you don’t seem to be making the carrot cake anymore! Very annoying.

for the price I paid, the flavours were on point, the sizes were VERY small - not a mini cupcake but bite-size dessert.

First order arrived with a ridiculously damaged box….as if a dog had attacked it. They blamed the shipping company. As it was a gift it was unusable. I asked for a refund and was given a credit. I re-ordered the same item (box of mini brownies) and was again disappointed with the packaging. The second package was a bit better, but I wouldn’t say pristine. When you’re ordering an item like this for a special occasion you want the box/presentation to be in perfect condition. I think they need to improve their packaging and won’t order again.

I bought the father's day biskie box which for shipping included cost £65.89. It all came beautifully wrapped and on time for father's day but when I opened it, I saw the smallest brownie/muffins I've ever seen. They tasted fine but I'd never order again - it's extraordinary to me that for that amount of money you get so little, terrible value.

The gift box arrived on Thursday morning with a bb date of Saturday which didn’t really give us the full 3 days suggested in description. Also, it was not immediately obvious they required refrigeration. They arrived in a plain orange box without a decorative sleeve from the picture on your website. The greeting card was ripped out with little care and was too scruffy to use with the gift. Overall not impressed!

I received this link to review positive feedback, or advised to email any negative comments. I emailed to say how disappointed I was with the brownies. Two were half the size and looked unfinished. The promised runny caramel was absent from the ‘caramel fudge’. The billionaires was a barely visible dusting of shortbread. I was asked to email pictures, which I relied to say I didn’t have, two weeks after purchase. I have therefore heard nothing more, it’s not what I expected from this very polished brand.

Very disappointed with cake. Not just the size but flavour wasn’t good nor texture. Half went in bin and for the price expected so much more for my daughter’s 18th birthday cake. Stupidly bought the tin too which is very basic and lid doesn’t even fit properly. Sorry but would not ever order from again or recommend. I never leave reviews but thought I had to for the disappointment factor and let down.

Hi, I am sorry that the cake did not live up to you expectation, the cake is a small postable cake around 5.5" wide and should serve between 4-6 slices. We are currently working on a larger version but the packaging development takes time to be able to delivery it across the country. We make all of our cakes by hand and with the finest all natural ingredients. We value all of our customers and would love to find a solution to rectify the issue. Kindest, Annabel

Not impressed, this afternoon tea was a gift from my sister. The food arrived well packed but the cakes tasted very metallic. After heating the scones I was ready to serve the cream and jam, the cream was off and not usable. So I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

Too sweet was not overall impressed with the cake. I had called previously was told the cake will not be too sweet. Whoever i spoke to didn't give a toss bare in mind this was for my birthday.

The product is fine. However since placing my order I have received 12 spam emails despite opting out. I opted out of marketing communications twice and emails the company directly to remove me from all comms and I’m still receiving daily emails. The brownies were for a friend and while I would have been inclined to use the company again I now just think it’s not worth all the unnecessary marketing spam they send.
