Cake was only ok and came really late so missed the party was meant to come on Tuesday didn’t arrive till 8pm Wednesday

For cake and cheese great, but the flowers weren't so good, they were free but arrived looking battered and tired and did not last.

The delivery was perfectly on time, but unfortunately the cake was very disappointing. It was the worst red velvet I’ve had — dry, and the cream was hard and not fresh. I was really surprised, especially because the reviews were very good before I ordered

I ordered some brownies for my son's birthday. I clicked the ShopPay option to pay which required me to authorise my credit card and then pushed the order through. That evening when I checked my emails I noticed the delivery address was set to my home address even though I had entered my son's address. At this stage there was nothing I could do but wait for the delivery to arrive and then repost to my son. I contacted customer service. The reason why the delivery address had changed was because the ShopPay system overrides the details I entered. The confirmation email is sent out with a 30 minute window in which to change the address. However I could not access my emails until much later in the day so this was not an option for me. My original delivery was refunded but I had to pat £5.60 for the second lot of postage and the brownies took an extra 2 days to arrive so we're past their best when they got to their final destination. So beware if using ShopPay that you need to check your confirmation email so that you can change the delivery address to the address that you want the brownies delivered to.

My brownies were somehow not sent out. This happens, and would not have been not a big deal; however, when I emailed asking where they were and explaining that I’d checked the tracking and they were well beyond a reasonable postage delay, I got a vapid GenAI response that did not address any of my points (because it can’t, because it doesn’t _understand_ anything), told me incorrect information, and left me - frankly - fuming. I had to then phone up to speak to a human to get the brownies re-sent, which they finally were. The fact you used a garbage GenAI system to provide customer “service” wasted my time, was a moral injury to me, and is a red flag for using your company again.

I’m sorry that our AI support added frustration — it’s really just our little digital concierge, here to offer immediate help by checking tracking, order details, and anything clear and factual. But sometimes it can miss a crumb (it is a robot, after all!), and that’s when one of our humans steps in. I’ve reviewed your interaction, and the information provided was based on the tracking data available, and your ticket was passed to a human agent right away. Still, I completely understand how it felt in the moment, and I’m sorry for the stress it caused. Have ordered these twice as presents and they have been delivered very efficiently. Recipients have said they've been very nice but I can't vouch for this. Get an annoying number of emails from them so unsubscribed and then they ask for a review. Update....now had 5 emails asking .e to update the review! ironic as main complaint was about the number of emails....so I will review the rating down 👇

First responses to my requesting a refund were not satisfactory but once a human got involved the refund was immediate. Now I’m being asked to review a product that didn’t arrive. AI/ automatic response I assume? Whatever I’m not impressed.

I thought they price was a little expensive for the size of the treats. The sponges on some were a little dry, and the consistency was a little clawing on some of them. Would not purchase again.
