“I have ordered the afternoon tea from Cutter and Squidge a number of times but this time I probably going to be the last time. The scones were very disappointing, very very stodgy and dry. Thr clotted cream portion has also shrunk, there isn't enough cream for even one scone, let alone two. Very disappointed.”

“The items arrived in good time but they had not been taken care of. I would expect much better quality for this price. Everything is expensive which is fair if quality is provided but it isn’t. I wouldn’t order from Cutter and Squidge again.”

“The item was dumped near their front door. It was a birthday gift, so I then had to message them with pictures and updates as to where the item was, for them to go hunt for it. Not a great experience”

“Appalling service. Charged us a premium for a delivery slot, and then failed to uphold it. Once I eventually managed to get through to someone they were sharp and sarcastic. They did however agree to redliver and gave a full refund”

“Unfortunately I was disappointed with my brownies from Cutter and Squidge. The brownie themselves were very thin, and the topping layer was hard and not very tasty. They also all tasted very similar which was disappointing.”

“The cake arrived 2 days after its promised delivery date and so missed the birthday it was intended for. That was dissapointing .. reason given remote location! It would be helpfull to make it explicit on order and confirmation that the delivery date is not the actual delivery date.”

“Brownies dry and expensive. Poon's chilli oil very mild, no kick at all. Sad. The company name is cloying and twee. 2nd star is for having a convenient Chinese New Year's gift available.”

“I was so looking forward to the cake as it looked beautiful online but unfortunately was disappointed. The pink layer was very sweet and did not taste fresh, the sponge was dry and the other layer had no flavour. We sadly had lots of leftover cake even from kids.”

“Bought these as a treat. Was expecting them to full of unique flavours. Where was the flavour? Certainly not here! They were dry and tasteless.I've had better macarons for much cheaper. Will not be purchasing again.”

“The cake was eaten the day after delivery so it was surprising that it was very dry and dense. The buttercream was generous but there was only a scrape of jam. Disappointing for the price.”
