“Delivery was good but the products themselves either tasted bad, or were completely tasteless. I ordered a cake selection box for Valentine’s day. Really let down - would not purchase from here again”

“It was very stale. Barely any jam in there. The cream was very hard and artificial. I had ordered last year ago and was very satisfied but now not at all.product did not reflect the price or quality advertised...”

“We have always enjoyed the vegan chocolate cake from yourselves but this time we ordered a Victoria sponge as well for our son‘s birthday party. Unfortunately the Victoria sponge was well below our expectations. The sponge itself was quite dry and not moist and unfortunately it wasn’t very well received by the majority of the people who tried it so much so that we were not able to finish the cake. Hopefully this was just a bad batch, as mentioned above, the vegan chocolate cake was delicious, as we have come to expect from Cutter and Squidge, just a shame about the Victoria sponge.”

“We were excited to try the wedding cake sample box, however were extremely disappointed. The cakes tasted days old and dry, despite us eating the day of delivery. We won't therefore be ordering our wedding cake with them”

“Sent birthday brownies to my son. They arrived when they said they would and were nicely packaged. Sadly, the brownies were not ‘squidgey’ and dried out very quickly. Heating them helped but on the whole, a bit expensive for a product not well enjoyed. So sorry.”

“I really hoped that the cake would meet my expectations but I’m afraid that with regard to taste it didn’t. Additionally the delivery woman was handling the cake box very carelessly and holding it on its side. I have never left a bad review for anything before but I felt as though on this occasion it was only honest.”
