“Usually provide great cakes but have gone downhill since expansion.”

“Heard about the brand years ago but only got around to trying recently. Unfortunately, was left fairly disappointed. Definitely not something you'd expect for the price.”

“The delivery was good, the packaging was good but the contents were a disappointment. The scones were bland and the dough over worked so they were very heavy. I did heat them, but the texture was not light and crumbly.”

“Dear cutter and squidgy thank you for delivering the order in time however the cake seemed too small to be in a proportion of a birthday cake. The person I sent it to was so disappointed that she chucked the cake in the bin. The mice who ate it later that night must have loved the cake the size of a pastry. There is a beautiful cat that lives a few houses away, she must have had bits of cake if she had a mouse or two that night. Please stop baking cakes the size of a pastry. Thank you.”

“Really disappointed with the cupcake’s. Three family members had one each and really did not like them. I am partly to blame as I did not realise that the Rose was solid chocolate and thought they were going to be like the fondant topped versions. The packaging was well presented and arrived on time so no issues there. I ended up taking them into the boys at work but even they were not impressed. Sorry but have to give an honesty review.”

“I bought this for my sister n law and her family for Eid. She said it was extremely sweet and no one ate it but her. She had the cake left over after Eid! I didn’t see good reviews but bought it anyway. I kind of get the logic of pistachio and rose as some Muslim cultures use those in their sweets, but please make this taste nice and improve the recipe! Otherwise just offer is a different cake. I think she would have been more happy with strawberries and cream or a regular school cake! A bit of a shame but I guess you live and learn.”

“Order came late, after the event for which it was for and guests had left. I have been given a voucher to use as an apology but the cake I got was so inedible I'm not sure what to order.”

“I have ordered the afternoon tea from Cutter and Squidge a number of times but this time I probably going to be the last time. The scones were very disappointing, very very stodgy and dry. Thr clotted cream portion has also shrunk, there isn't enough cream for even one scone, let alone two. Very disappointed.”

“The items arrived in good time but they had not been taken care of. I would expect much better quality for this price. Everything is expensive which is fair if quality is provided but it isn’t. I wouldn’t order from Cutter and Squidge again.”

“The item was dumped near their front door. It was a birthday gift, so I then had to message them with pictures and updates as to where the item was, for them to go hunt for it. Not a great experience”

“Appalling service. Charged us a premium for a delivery slot, and then failed to uphold it. Once I eventually managed to get through to someone they were sharp and sarcastic. They did however agree to redliver and gave a full refund”
