“I was very disappointed in the afternoon tea. No sandwiches and only cakes and scones delivered, and I found the cakes to be only average standard.”

“Quite unsatisfied with my order, it’s the 3rd time I receive the wrong products. I reached out to the support team yesterday (no response yet) but not happy that it keeps happening That being said the products are quite good and tasty, if they could just get the order right…”

“Unfortunately, I found the cake disappointing, the sponge was very heavy and more like a madeira cake consistency instead of a Victoria Sponge. Didn't finish eating the cake as really didn't enjoy it.”

“Unfortunately I was really disappointed with my order. I ordered the Birthday bundle with some drinks and brownies, it was almost £40 with delivery so I thought this would be a really nice gift for a friend. It arrived in a huge box, which I sifted through only to find a tiny and measly-looking box of brownies. It felt underwhelming and like it definitely wasn't worth anywhere near what I had paid.”

“Pretty tasty and nicely packaged, arrived on time. A shame the scones were under baked and tasted of too much baking powder. I emailed but nobody replied. When I was asked for feedback because apparently it matters very much to you, I said the scones were undercooked and tasted bitter. You replied by saying this had never happened before and you wanted photos and that you hadn't had an email from me previously. Not sure that's the best way to handle feedback, especially if you're asking for it. Will probably use someone else in future.”

“I'm a big fan of the natural ingredients and the giftable nature of the product, but I wouldn't recommend or order the brownies again. Found all but two varieties to be dry and disappointing. Was hoping for a premium product and willing to pay for quality!”

“We ordered two boxes of Baby Biskies and the Cheese cake for our wedding celebration. Unfortunately on the day of the event only one box of Biskies arrived (half the order) so we did not have enough to serve to our guests. While the cake was a huge success I can't give a higher star because of the issue with service. To be fair, I was given a refund for the Biskies no questions asked but I was also left scrambling mere hours before our event for a back up dessert.”

“i wish we would've made more time specific requests. as the delivery failed as it was 8am and the evnue wasnt open yet. so i spent hours on the phone begging them to go back when they were in tod eliver this gift. it was a huge stress. the food was nice tho.”
