Disappointed with the product. The brownies were small and dry. I feel like the quality could have been better for the money they charge. Packaging was lovely and delivered on time.

The cake was for my 3year old toddlers bday. It looked great when it arrived, however, the sponge was very soggy, and the cream was very sweet so my toddler and the other kids didn't like the cake much.

The delivery was very disappointing. No timeframe given just between 7am and 9pm . Following the map he circled this area several times . A message 5 minutes before he arrived. Very poor .I have had deliveries from you far more efficiently.

Very tasty brownies. However, they are very thin, biscuit thin in places. They don't accommodate special requests, so don't waste your time asking.

Let's start with the good: delivery and packing was great. Unfortunately, cake was dry and didn't taste good at all. Very disappointing, especially for price paid. Wouldn't recommend.

The fresh items I ordered tasted great but they were badly damaged on arrival. I was not impressed with this, considering it was a Valentines Day gift for my wife, and given the price paid for it. Based on this experience, I would look to another supplier in future.

The cake was too sweet and my simple request to not include sprinkles on top was rejected as they don't make any "personalisations". Overall cake was delivered on time but wouldn't order again as it just wasn't very nice to eat.

We sent the cake as a 50th birthday gift, admittedly it was the first weekend after New Year however the cake was left in recipient's parcel box but no note left to say where it was so he found it the day after his birthday. It was also very dry.

We ordered the cake for the New Year’s Eve. We cut the cake at midnight. The cake tasted good but the very next day, on 1st, the cake became dry. I could not understand why that was the case for such an expensive cake! Of course I could not share it with my friends on 1stJan. Should cake only last for a few hours?

I've bought and enjoyed, C&S Brownies before, but I've recently gone gluten free, so I purchased the wheat free option. Unfortunately, you also have no choice but to purchase them as vegan also. Hence, i found they had no rise, and were extremely flat, as well as having a greasy texture, compared to their non vegan version. Would not buy again.

To be honest you can get better at lidl for a couple of quid. I couldn't eat it and I absolutely love cake

Sadly the box was very damaged on arrival and looked like it had been repaired. I also wrote out a happy birthday card to go with the cakes and who it was from, but this was not in the box. Cakes were lovely but a few had fallen apart.

Sadly, a little disappointing. Had sent mince pies to my daughter's office as a little treat before Christmas. Apparently, the packaging was underwhelming and each mince pie in a cellophane bag - something you might pick up the supermarket for your packed lunch. At the price I might have expected something a little more luxurious. I don't have a photo, which is why I asked my daughter how they were. She didn't send a photo because she thought I might be disappointed.

I ordered a birthday gift selection box but received a plain one instead. When I contacted Cutter and Squidge about this the response was that I did in fact receive the correct box. Only when I sent the picture back of what I received did they confirm it was incorrect. So I'm wondering how they could be so certain in dismissing my complaint in the first place... I would not have noticed this is if it was sent directly to the recipient and would have paid more than what was received. They offered a gift voucher for compensation but given the expensive delivery fee I don't think this will get used. The treats were also a bit too sweet for our liking.
