“Genuinely such a fan of the brand normally but my baby biskie box came and they were dry and lacking any discernible flavours aside from the billionaire bite. Really disappointed as normally they're really great; not sure if maybe my order hadnt been freshly made...”

“Sent the easter selection box as a gift and unfortunately the recipient said they weren't very nice. Although they looked nice, they said each one tasted the same and were unfortunately much too sweet. A real shame.”

“Unfortunately the order was sent to me, not the intended friend I was sending a gift to. Whatsmore, there wasn’t even the gift note included, should she have received it. The box always also damaged.”

“The vegan chocolate caramel cake was incredibly dense and not nice to eat. We sadly only ate about 10% of it. It was a large cake for 10-12 people and with personalisation and next day delivery cost £120. I won’t leave a review on your website saying the above, but I thought important I give you guys the feedback.”

“The cake was delicious. However, the delivery experience was awful. The delivery driver ended up delivering the cake to a completely different location nowhere near where we lived. I called customer care to report the cake had not been delivered to us and the notes from the driver he had on his system was different to the email confirmation we had received. He had told us the notes said the cake has been delivered to the house next door because we weren’t in. I had to explain that on the email we received there is photograph of the cake being left outside a random house. We were in at the time of delivery and we live in an apartment not a house so the cake has definitely been delivered to the incorrect address. He said he will call the driver and call me back. Over 30 mins later still did not receive a phone call so I called back spoke with the same person. No apology for not calling back just said the driver will redeliver the cake but could not provide any further details in regards to timings. When the cake was finally delivered there was no apology from the driver for delivering to the incorrect address instead was annoyed at us for the fact he had to go back to get the cake from the address he had wrongly delivered to which caused delays to his day... what an inconvenience! The cake was also delivered damaged which did not help the situation. Even though the cake was delicious, the service provided by the driver and customer care team was very disappointing and has put me off ordering from Cutter and Squidge again.”

“I've ordered quite a lot of times from you and the last 2 times the biskie bit has been hard and dry. I don't know if the recipe has changed but they are no longer anywhere near as nice as they were. I can't justify the cost anymore when the quality has gone so badly downhill. Such a shame.”

“Cake tasted awful, almost stale. It was for my Babies first birthday and we went for this cake as it’s dairy free. But unfortunately although it was a beautiful looking cake, same couldn’t be said about the taste. Very disappointed for the price.”

“Brownies were average and quite hard compared to others we’ve ordered from online. None of them tasted like the flavours they were supposed to, we could only tell the difference based on the decoration of each. Pretty disappointing for a Valentine’s Day present!”
