“I have used Cutter and Squidge several times to send gifts. When there was a problem with a previous delivery (no fault of theirs)they responded quickly and positively. This time delivery was on time.Thank you. Would recommend.”

“I was really pleased with the service from Cutter and Squidge — delivery was reliable and arrived exactly as planned. Communication was great throughout, and I was kept well-informed at every stage. The cake itself was beautifully presented and looked just as stunning as expected. However, given the higher price point, I was a bit disappointed that the sponge was dry, almost edging on stale. The generous and indulgent toppings helped make up for it, but for the cost, I had hoped for better quality in the cake itself.”

“Really disappointed with the cupcake’s. Three family members had one each and really did not like them. I am partly to blame as I did not realise that the Rose was solid chocolate and thought they were going to be like the fondant topped versions. The packaging was well presented and arrived on time so no issues there. I ended up taking them into the boys at work but even they were not impressed. Sorry but have to give an honesty review.”

“I bought this for my sister n law and her family for Eid. She said it was extremely sweet and no one ate it but her. She had the cake left over after Eid! I didn’t see good reviews but bought it anyway. I kind of get the logic of pistachio and rose as some Muslim cultures use those in their sweets, but please make this taste nice and improve the recipe! Otherwise just offer is a different cake. I think she would have been more happy with strawberries and cream or a regular school cake! A bit of a shame but I guess you live and learn.”

“The selection box tasted lovely... each item though was slightly smaller than I imagined, about 1 inch in diameter, that's maybe the photos that make them look larger. I'd probably order again though.”

“The feedback was good from the person I gifted the Birthday Brownie box too. It however lost a point as the personal message that I included did not get sent out with the Brownie box. Also it did not arrive on the seleted date I choose which is an issue when you are specifically sending it for a birthday gift.”
