“Probably it’s not the store faults but I did not get my delivery on time to surprise my bf birthday as I was away from him for three so I wanted to do a little something for his birthday. But no, nothing special happens cause the order was not delivered. There was no phone call about the cake arriving, nothing just an update on the website saying that they could not deliver as they couldn’t find the address. It’s impossible to not find the address even amazon and shein could find the address.”

We’ve looked into your order and can see that the courier marked the delivery as unsuccessful as they were unable to locate the address. We unfortunately don’t receive real-time updates from the courier, so we do rely on customers to loop us in if anything goes wrong so we can step in quickly. We didn’t hear from you at the time, but please know we’re always here and happy to help if anything ever crops up. “Not all their fault but despite ordering in time they rely on DPD to pick the time of delivery between 8and 8pm so not always during t the day. I wanted it before 6 as it was a business. I rearranged delivery and they still delivered the day originally set and handed the parcel to a random man In the car park. So big fail”
