“Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mealan and the team on September 8th, I was have a bit of a nightmare day, busy with work and it being my son's birthday, I had made an error order the cake, Mealan and the staff that afternoon went above and beyond to help me, amazing customer service, so kind, understanding and helpful, it meant a lot to see my son blow out his candle on such a beautiful cake thank you for making that happen🙂”

“C&S upon finding out my order arrived a day late (for 2nd time),cake was dry & cake topper not correct message ,they reached out to me to apologise and replace order.They very kindly changed cake order to my preference(original was daughter&husband preference). This is excellent customer service, although obviously the original order being done correctly 1st time around is everyone's preference. The past goods I've had have been delicious & so I hope moving forward the replacement order arrives and is not dried out and future orders will be tip top I hope.”

“The box arrived in good condition. The cakes and scones were good however the clotted cream was not good. It was not Roddas which has been used in the past and the replacement was of a lesser quality and less of it!. The clotted cream would have benefitted from being placed in a small cool bag to ensure quality was maintained. All was to the usual standard apart from the clotted cream.”

We use an ambient clotted cream in our Afternoon Tea sets to ensure it stays safe and stable during delivery. Once it arrives, we recommend popping it in the fridge to chill before serving — this is also noted on the label. “SO impressed with speed of delivery. I ordered on SUNDAY 7th and they arrIved Monday 8th!!!! For a friend who had lost her Mum, so not going to ask how they were. I have ordered and received their brownies before. They were all delicious.,😋. Wonderful company. Keep doing what you are doing 😊”
