“These were bought as a birthday present and ordered well in advance. The recipient said the brownies were really delicious. Unfortunately they didn't arrive on time hence the four stars. Product was excellent.”

Hi there, We’re sorry this was your experience. After looking into your order, we can confirm the postcode entered at checkout was incorrect. As our courier relies on postcode data to complete deliveries, this unfortunately led to the parcel not arriving as expected. Our team did their best to assist at the time and followed up multiple times to help resolve the issue. “Cake due for delivery between 1.30-2.30 pm on 12th June. Finally arrived after 8pm the same day. Long after birthday party guests had gone home. Reported this on line to Cutter and Squidge on 13th by email. No response so far. Think twice, no three times if you order a cake as a birthday surprise. Perhaps use another company.”

Looking into your order, it appears the delivery option selected was the 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. window with DPD. We can see the cake was delivered at 8:18 p.m., just shortly after that timeframe, due to some slight delays on the courier’s part.
