“Apologies but the selection wedding cake was awful. They all tasted similar with only the carrot cake tasting fresh. The rest seemed stodgy and definitely not light and fluffy sponge. Almost frozen and the thick buttercream tasted similar for all. I have eaten from you previously hence the thought of having our wedding cake. Unfortunately we were very disappointed that the sample seemed old and stale”

“It’s a nice looking cake but it didn’t taste fresh…the cake felt dry mostly and was too sweet for us. It felt like a store bought cake and I wouldn’t reorder this unfortunately.”

“This order was a free order as compensation for our first one where the cookies were burnt & salty. While this time the brownies were tasty the image & description of the item described a mixed box with two types in, the box came with only one type of brownie in. Just too much inconsistency already with two orders.”

“awful customer service. my address had been defaulted back to the payment address so as soon as i saw this i emailed them. they said there is nothing they could do. i would be happy to have had them delivered a day kate than come to me as it was a birthday treat. so upset”
