“I want to say that this has been a wonderful experience. Sample box delivered to the venue where we had part of the bridal shower. Hare and Billet - Blackheath - fantastic! Thank you Natalia for accepting this parcel for our 3.45 booking .Prompt and efficient. Sample was delicious. We divided it amongst bridal shower members each sampling and then we scored. We included the Groom, as he had arrived for this unboxing. Both bride and groom and other guests all scored. The top two were announced. The naked two tier cakes chosen… strawberry vanilla on top and double choc as bottom layer. How amazing ! And I’d like to make a huge shout out to Rebekah who emailed me and spent a good 30 mins answering all my questions before I ordered the wedding sample box. Will be ordering the wedding cake on Monday. My daughter and son in law are so happy xxxx well done Cutter and Squidge”

“Excellent cake (other goodies yet to be sampled), but we did have some delivery trouble - **out of the hands of the Cutter and Squidge folk, however.** The cake and other goodies ordered arrived a day late, but everything in wonderful condition. The cake was very well packaged to have excellently survived its extended detour in the delivery company's sorting facility - its cool pack had since reached room temp, but I'm sure it helped contribute to the great condition the cake arrived in. Many thanks to Cutter and Squidge for offering free delivery on my next order for the trouble encountered. :)”

“No response at all from customer service when I noticed that you were sending the brownies to my billing address and not the address that was on the screen when I placed the order. Brownies left on doorstep in the sun in a heatwave. Didn't even taste nice - full of sugar, lived up to the 'squidge', or squelch. Had to buy a different gift for my colleague as I wasn't going to reorder the brownies after that experience.”
