“A very easy ordering process and notifications to confirm transit and delivery which were reassuring the day before our wedding! The cake was finished off with flowers from our florist.”

“It was very small and there was an unlabelled satchet which wasn't clear what it was so I didn't use. Cake was very nice and presented well. Delivered on time.”

“This was a mail order cake for a birthday treat. There had been some damage to the decorated top in transit - still absolutely delicious though! A delightful little tin. Have used Cutter and Squidge before and will use again!”

“Always great service and tasty food. The only improvement that could be done is to send storage information with the products that are posted. After sending a cake as a gift to my sister, the leaflet inside sent my sister to the website for storage information - which meant she inevitably saw how much I had paid for her gift. I have received cakes from other companies where such information is in a leaflet inside the box, this really should be the case here too.”

“The cake arrived on the date ordered, well packaged. My daughter was absolutely delighted with the cake, it looked fantastic. Beautifully decorated. The cake was so delicious. Only small criticism was the icing had a slightly soapy taste but the cake itself was amazing. Will definitely be ordering again.”

“The cake was sent to their delivery partner on the eve of the day of delivery but was only delivered late in the evening. So the cake was out of the fridge for 24 hours before I got it. Not really what you want when you have ordered a cheesecake.”

“Quite like the taste and moist texture of the various passionfruit, blueberry and strawberry cakes eaten. Size of cake could be larger at that price and for it to look more attractive and enjoyable. Also look prettier in the tin packing than the cardboard packing. Top of parcel should be prominently marked to avoid upside down handling at delivery. A delightful present to give or to receive.”

“I love the vegan pecan brownies. I’m no expert but I can’t tell that they don’t have milk. The reason for the four stars is that I don’t have the option to choose only one variety of the brownies, forcing me to eat/waste the variety I don’t like. It would be great to get only the ones I know I’d eat. Would also love if the vegan brownie selection expanded!”
