“The cake was good, moist and chocolatey but it was small and butter cream was used rather than ganache which I would expect given the cost. I live in London and would have been able to collect the cake so I object to paying so much for delivery and packaging. It is not economical nor is it enviromentally friendly.”

“I appreciated your reliable, friendly and overall professional service; as it was important to me to get your cake, a birthday cake, as a present to a friend of mine on time. However, though she was very pleased to receive it and seemed to have enjoyed it, she was truly startled about how small the cake was. Given that it was not too cheap to purchase: maybe you would kindly like to bake your cake slightly bigger (especially the smallest size you offer)? Thanks for your service. Best wishes, Barbara”

“Cake was comparable to a supermarket box purchase. The day it arrived I had to go out quickly to get something more special and celebratory. Not worth the money if you have local cake providers.”

“Lovely cake, delivered on time. Lost a star as the printed gift card with it was almost unreadable as black print lines smudged over the writing, impossible that the person who did card not to have noticed. Too bad to give to recipient.”

“I initially purchased some brownies for a friends birthday and sadly they did not get delivered - the delivery company kept saying they couldn’t find the house. I was really disappointed as the postage was really expensive and I wanted it to be for her birthday surprise. However, after letting cutter and sqidge know about the issue they very kindly responded with apologise and a gift card for me to use. It was really great to have a quick reply and a nice gesture and it definitely restored my faith :) the brownies did get delivered in the end and I got some for myself too with the gift card - delicious!”

“Absolutely delicious lemon drizzle and scones. We had the Afternoon Tea at Home delivered. Would have given 5 stars had the courier not squashed the box! It "dented" the whole experience a little, but once we tucked into the goodies, there was no doubt everything was very fresh. Contacted customer service who were very responsive when I informed them of the courier's lack of care. They offered me a generous resolution. Will order again to try other products.”

“The cake was delicious and very much enjoyed. The only criticism was I wasn’t aware of how small, small was. Probably my fault but it was much smaller than I anticipated which was a bit disappointing based on how big it looked in the picture.”

“Nice brownies Downside is both times I have ordered through them delivery has been poor. Once left outside door on floor without waiting for anyone to open door. Second time put half in post box again without waiting for anyone to open and box was slightly crushed. Not sure who delivered.”
