“Dear Cutter and Squidge, Thank you for the beautiful vegan cake. I heard it was really enjoyed at the party, gobbled up. I was not in the house where it arrived but I believe it came on time and householders were delighted. Next time I would need to order a bigger cake. Thank you for your very creative options for vegans.”

“My favourite C&S cake is the chocolate cookie cake. However, the white crunchy ball candy pieces are not to my liking. They add a strange texture and taste. Wish that they could be replaced with chocolate chip cookie bits or chopped nuts perhaps for textural effect. Just a suggestion.”

“Order process was easy, delivery was good however very late in the day. It would have useful to have been given an hour slot rather than a whole. Cakes were lovely, especially lemon drizzle. Will probably use the company again”

“The cake was delicious and I’ll totally order again! Only reason I didn’t press for 5 star rating is that I wish the delivery company could phone if there was an issue with hr postcode ! I had entered an incorrect post code and they’ve rang the number given I could have easily rectified the mistake and get my cake delivered on the day requested rather than waiting and paying for re/delivery.”

“Disappointed that there was no information in the box to say what types of truffles were included in the box. You need a index card with listed ingredients for each. As it was pure guess work 🤷🏽‍♀️😐”

“The cake was excellently decorated and delivered without any problem. My only issue would be that it was very sweet for my own palette, couldn't really taste anything else. I would order again, but may get a different cake next time.”

“I unfortunately couldn’t place a bulk order so had to place 7 orders separately. This meant 7 order confirmations emails, 7 despatch notice emails, 7 courier onboard notification emails, 7 timed delivery slots emails, 7 courier delivery notification emails and 7 delivery notification emails from yourselves. The deliveries were good and on time considering the current circumstances. I would like to give a 3.5 rating but that's not possible. I now have 7 your opinion matters emails….!!!!I I take it you have an automated system as a human would have surely picked this up.”

“Tea was lovely, however the box was delivered bashed around and upside down. It would be great to have weekend deliveries as the scones were definitely best on the day rather than the day after.”

“Nice looking cake but for the cost it wasn’t significantly better tasting than Lolas birthday cakes which was about £30 cheaper. Also Lolas was able to write my wife’s name whereas Cutte and Squidge were unable to do so.”
