“The afternoon tea came in a well packed box. The cream was packaged in ice to keep it fresh. Loved everything about it and the instructions was brilliant. Note to self buy a teapot”

“The quality of the product was very good and items arrived on time but I didn’t think it was value for money if I’m honest although the products where very good I think a few more items could have been added”

“The cakes were absolutely delicious and freshly dispatched, however for the money I would have expected slightly more so I have only given it 4 stars. One individual lemon drizzle cake, brownie and scone/cream/jam (plus loose leaf tea) for £15 pp is on the pricey side and I have seen much better value locally, however I ordered this for my mother in law so needed nation-wide delivery. For example, it would have benefitted from something savoury such as sandwiches, sausage rolls or cheese straws.”

“Birthday gift, nice touch there were 2 birthday cake truffles. Menu card didn't match what was in the box possibly due to availability. High end packaging product but very rich so couldn't eat a whole one in one sitting. Still very nice. Great tracking of parcel DPD.”

“Very enjoyable afternoon tea. In fact we recently had another one sent by our daughter for Mother's Day. Two small criticisms, shape of jam jars make getting the last bit of jam out difficult and perhaps could be a bit bigger. Clotted cream portions could be a bit bigger.”

“Visually stunning and fresh cake that arrived on time. Lots of butterscotch throughout (and those balls are crunchy) with interesting texture. Arrived with a nicely inscribed birthday greeting. Personally I would have liked a bit more fresh cream to lighten it a bit as butterscotch is very rich but still very nice. Best served in very thin slices until they change the recipe!”

“Good treat - present from granddaughters BUT website is quite difficult to decipher and when I ordered tea, I had to pay £6 delivery charge which I thought the girls had paid for. Beautifully presented but not likely to use it again as expensive and complicated.”

“Lovely afternoon teas and so brilliant to be able to get a gluten/dairy free version as well as a normal version! My only suggestion would be better packaging for the dairy free cream as ours cracked in transit (there was still plenty left and it was also delicious!)”

“Great cakes and customer service. However ordering personalisation plaque process is confusing - ended up ordering 2 in error while trying to add wording. System let me order it for a cake it doesn't fit so it then never arrived leaving me in lurch for a birthday. Please fix!”

“Brownies arrived very quick and in a lovely box, with personalised message. Can't fault the service! I ordered two boxes. The tirimasu brownies were squiggylicious. The the blonde salted caramel chocolate layer Brownie was yummy, but more like a cookie, very firm and crunchy on the outside. I would order again, and so try more in the range.”

“Hi there, The cake was for my wife’s 40th birthday. She enjoyed very much and do did I. The only comment would be regarding the name. Since this is a gluten free cake would it not be better to call it gluten free instead of wheat free? Just thinking that it could reach a wider audience.”
