“The recipient was happy. On seeing his pictures of the hamper I didn’t think it was as premium as the images on the shop/website when I ordered. Overall a good service though.”

“I have given this only 4 stars because of the delivery method. Cutter and Squidge do not put any reference on the parcel that the items are perishable and so this was delivered a day after it was meant to be even though the recipients were in. After having finally sorted it out though apparently the cream tea was excellent.”

“I wish I could provide a 5 star review but unfortunately the item was never received due to the appalling service from DPD. I am giving 4 stars to Cutter & Squidge because I don't want to harm your rating because of the failings of your courier, and your customer service rep Caiofe has been very helpful and speedy in her replies, offering me two lots of credits. It's just unfortunate my colleague's birthday surprise was ruined by DPD who never bothered to reattempt delivery after "not being able to find the property" the first time - they probably realised what the package was and ate it... I will use C&S again but hope you choose a better courier going forward.”

“Purchased for a 60th birthday, paid extra for delivery before 12 , due to unseen bad snow fall did not receive on time, despite other deliveries for same day had no problems. However the Prosecco was purchased alongside afternoon tea which was overall very good, my friend was delighted with it.”

“To begin with, I’m not Alan Cook, I ordered these as gifts, one for Alan and one for my mother in law who lives in Bath, somewhere within your ordering system you should know that the person paying for these gifts was myself. As for how good or bad they are, I really can’t say as I haven’t tried them, but those who received the gifts have said they are very nice, so I hope they are not just being polite. “Would recommend! Ordered 3 lots of mixed biskies to be delivered to 3 addresses as part of a lockdown zoom birthday afternoon tea. Were kept up to date with delivery times and arrived as expected. Cakes looked gorgeous, the perfect addition to afternoon tea. Small children and adults with a sweet tooth will love them,especially the ones with a marshmallow filling. They were a little sweet for others. But the fresh, varied ingredients made up for the sweetness. Would order again.”

“Good but not quite as outstanding as the Christmas Yule log. The icing started to taste a bit off within a day of opening. A bit disappointing as it was a gift from my Dad especially for Valentines Day”
