“Thank you so much to everyone. I ordered the vegan chocolate fudge birthday cake with a Happy Birthday sleeve and with next day delivery. It was delivered by lunchtime, we were all super impressed by the service. Inside, the cake came beautifully boxed and on its own stand, so we put it straight onto a plate. With a few candles, it was ready! When the cake was cut and tried by everyone the words were delicious, scrumptious, melts in your mouth, and no-one would know it was vegan! WOW! It really was the most delicious vegan chocolate cake we have ever tried...and we have tried a few! Our birthday girl was super excited that her cake had actually arrived and was so tasty too! Thank you to everyone at Cutter and Squidge for making our daughter's birthday special.”

“I would not use them again. Waiting on delivery today told it was going to be delivered . Went into website tracking where it has now been delayed. Had to phone for information. Very very disappointed”

“DPD failed to deliver my order but Mich from Cutter & Squidge responded quickly to my emails to try and sort this out. DPD really need to up their game, firstly they just assumed my shipping address was incorrect so didn’t deliver and on the 2nd attempt they ran out of time so returned the parcel.”

“Nice, fast delivery and it did deliver that experience of 'I want to order something that's pleasing to look at and makes me feel like I'm at a tea party'. Overall the bakes were average quality but they were delivered from a place VERY far from here and so maybe eating them fresh would be way nicer. The company was nothing but courteous and the packaging was really cute, very whimsical. If you're in London maybe try it!”

“Nice website and great-looking cakes. Customer service staff were friendly when I needed to contact them. Sadly, we weren't impressed with the cake itself and the delivery was really awkward... I ordered a few days in advance and paid extra for the morning slot on the day of the celebration to make sure it was fresh. I received inconsistent updates on the delivery time which at one point gave me an estimate of after the time slot I had paid extra for. I had to ring for support to clarify the time of delivery. I was really anxious, as we were waiting in for it and then heading straight to the celebration. Thankfully, it arrived in the window in the end.”
